This wonderful London apartment is fitted with high quality furnishings which would suit guests looking for a very central location and expecting five-star standards. Not only that, our description is honest and our pricing is genuine - no hidden extra fees.
There is a spacious bedroom with a king-size French-style bed, wonderful mattress and beautiful linen. Along one wall are fitted cupboards and wardrobe, and there is a full-size mirror, chairs, bedside tables and lamps.
In the sitting room there are two large comfy sofas - one turns into a double sofabed - and there are coffee tables, lamps and a plasma wall TV. To one side of the sitting room is a dining table and chairs - to seat four.
The kitchen is fully equipped and the shower-room is excellent with a good strong shower.
The apartment is on the 4th floor of a small apartment block which has no lift but this gives interesting views over the rooftops of central London, towards Oxford Street and Marble Arch.
The apartment belongs to us (we are a well travelled English couple and not a rental company) and we can promise you we spared no expense in fitting and furnishing the interior - to our own tastes. We use the apartment sometimes, so everything is of the highest standard of comfort, and everything you could possibly need is there - from a powerful hairdryer to a high-tech potato peeler! We have tried to think of everything. For example... we put blinds on all the windows as well as pretty curtains so that you won't be woken by the sunshine... we put plenty of hangers in the wardrobe... we put loads of cutlery and utensils in the kitchen drawers... we put pleasing wine glasses in the cupboard rather than the cheapest... we put goosedown pillows on the beds as well as providing a choice of polyester filled for allergy sufferers... We want our guests to have a fantastic time in London and we've done our very best to make sure the accommodation exceeds everyone's expectations.
We are a semi retired couple. This is our lovely London flat and we rent it when we are not staying at our house in the country or abroad.
It's a lovely airy sunny flat with great views over the rooftops. And it's so central you can walk to anywhere. We adore it.

The flat was clean, comfortable and I would highly recommend.
We arrived early on Friday and were greeted by a very friendly woman who showed us up to the flat. It was exactly as we expected - small but spacious, stylish and comfortable = perfect!
It is walking distance from Marylebone and Baker Street tube stations which is ideal for visiting the rest of the city but we spent most of our time walking in regents park which is just a short walk (5mins) away! There are some lovely little pubs and restaurants nearby too. All in all a great weekend, would highly recommend.
As a family of 4 people (with two kids) we really enjoyed the apartment. Clean, tidy, cosy, pretty spacious (real 50 m²), it's got two separate rooms, 2 big beds, kitchenette and bathroom in perfect order and with all the facilities of modern comfort. In the sitting room you also get one more big sofa and an enlargeable table, large enough to have a comfortable breakfast.
It's located in a very quiet area, at the 4th floor (no lift, though) with a very nice wiev across the rooftops, just 2 minutes walking from Marylebone Underground/Railway Station and a few more from Baker Street Tube Station, at easy reach to many grocery shops, pubs, restaurants, etc.
Definitely an excellent choice.
Great place to stay in. A very quiet area (I was surprised to hear so little noise in the morning). Close to the train station (Marylebone). Close to 2 tube stations (Baker St and Marylebone). You can also have a 20mn walk to Oxford Street.
The flat is very confortable with everything you need. The bed is very comfy. It's big enough for 4. You can also easily find a place to eat or have a drink in the area.

20min à pieds d'Oxford Street, mais sinon proche de deux stations de métro et de la gare Marylebone. A qq pas de là, rue animée avec pubs, supérettes, restaurants, (on a pu manger à 23h30 un soir alors qu'il n'y avait plus rien d'ouvert après un spectacle dans le centre).
L'appartement a tout: frigo, micro-onde, plaques, bouilloire, couverts, télé, canapé +canapé-lit. Les photos reflètent l'appartement. Lit confortable et couette chaude!

Our luxury apartment is in Marylebone, which is an upmarket residential area right in the very heart of central London. All the main tourist sites - Marble Arch, Buckingham Palace, Changing of the Guard, Hyde Park etc are within walking distance. The main shopping locations of Oxford Street and Regent Street are just down the road and are easily walkable. Similarly, if you want to see Mayfair, Park Lane or Soho you can easily walk. Madame Tussauds (London's famous waxworks), the Sherlock Holmes Museum, London Zoo and Regent's Park (rowing boats) are just around the corner from the apartment (great for children). If you prefer not to walk, you have Baker Street tube station (a main 'hub' station on London's underground rail) just four minutes' walk away and Marylebone tube station even closer, just three minutes' walk away.
Marylebone is a small but distinct part of London with its own very special historic atmosphere. It is known as a 'village' because of its concentration of beautiful Georgian houses. it's a place you'll love if you've never been before - and it's certainly a place where you'll feel safe.
