The airy bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinets, 2 built in wardrobes and dressing table providing ample storage. Hair-dryer and curling tongs are for guest use. A balcony leads from the bedroom where there is a table and 2 chairs. Outside of the property you can sit and relax on the porch area.

Over all the property is spacious and positioned within a quiet area of the complex with access to off street parking.

This lovely one bedroom house is set in a gated complex on the Cala Nuza Urbanisation.. There is a mixture of permanent residents, owner’s holiday homes & holiday makers. The double pool and gardens are for use of both residents and guests. Our modern 1 bedroom house is set in the quiet hamlet of Venta Lanuza, only meters from a sandy cove. The Lounge diner is furnished in a modern style with a 2- seater sofa and a 3- seater sofa bed. The wall units house the television, & selection of CD’s, satellite. There are a few books and Spanish/English dictionary / phrase books. Guidebooks, maps and instructions are in folders to help you get the most of your holiday. The dining table seats 4 comfortably although meals are often taken on the patio.

We are situated halfway between Alicante and Benidorm, only ten minutes drive / ride on the train from the picturesque village of Villajoyosa. If you are chocolate lovers, the Chocolate factory is a ‘must’ to visit. The old part of town (called The Arsenal) make for a pleasant area to stroll around seeing the pretty coloured houses.

Ten minutes drive / bus or tram ride to the south is the town of El Campello with 23 kilometres of sandy beaches, numerous restaurants / bars and shops. The old port is still bustling with sailing boats and working boats. Most afternoons you can go to the fish market at the port and buy that days catch. The Wednesday market wanders around the old streets of town with a purpose built covered area for fruit and vegetables.

The small cove of Venta Lanuza, with soft sand and rock pools is just over the road to the Calanuza complex, just between the blocks of flats. Within a few minutes walk is a restaurant, (a beach bar open for breakfast through to an evening meal.) The friendly staff will always sell you bread and milk.. Over the main road is a good transport restaurant; again open for lunch, or tapas for the evening.

Benidorm is about 23 km away, and had long sandy beaches, the pretty old town and the bustling new town. Plenty of places to entertain you; Benidorm Palace with the fantastic spectaculars, Terra Mitica with the largest scariest rides, Mundomar, a good day out to see the sea-lions etc, and Aqualand for all the fun of the water parks.

Alicante 23km to the south is a small city with the old town and splendid shopping streets El Cortes being a grand department store. The port area is a lovely place to while away the time, sipping a drink at a quay side bar, watching the boats big & small, The Ramblas offer hundreds of stalls selling their wares, setting their stalls up for the afternoon and evening.

As local transport is good, you may prefer us to arrange return transfer from the airport, fees to be paid locally. If you do want to hire a car, then a parking space is allocated in the gated complex.

We can also arrange a welcome pack, again paid locally, but we would need notice of this.
