Pure Sayulita

This place was awesome! We will stay again. comfortably fit our group

A few notes- if you can't walk up hills don't stay here. If you get a golf cart make sure its the kind that is allowed to go up steep hills. Make sure you have contact with manager for exact time of arrival.

The views are great, the price is fair and the iguanas are the coolest. Does not have a working TV and surfboards weren't available but other than that was perfection.

Just what we were looking for!

Our time in Sayulita and staying at Casa Las Brisas was lovely, low key, and delightful. From the time we arrived we were greeted by Nancy and we had every care or need taken care of. The house is gorgeous and the photos show the house as it truly is, very beautiful, Sayulita style , lots of open air construction, terraces, balconies and roof top terrace with the best view of Sayulita to enjoy and relax.

Casa Las Brisas is located centrally so we enjoyed our walks to the town and from there walked to the beaches, shops and restaurants.

P.S. As a suggestion we only recommend to add a toaster oven.

We will definitely be back to visit Sayulita and to stay at Casa Las Brisas where we feel like its home away from home.

A fantastic home in Sayulita.

Hi Seth,

We are actually in Oaxaca,

We really appreciated your house in Sayulita.

The view is fantastic on the ocean but also because of many birds in the canope.

We hope that this bosque will survive.

The service from Nancy was great,

She always take care of our demands very quickly .

Few points that could be improve.

Some new pans of good quality to cook with,

A nice basket to put the fruits and a nice pot to make flowers arrangements.

These are details that make a plus.

We also appreciated the communication I had with you Seth.

Thanks again.

Las Brisas

  • 5 of 5

We loved this place! It's got a great view of town and water. There were iguanas in the tree tops next to the deck. Good bird watching too. The décor is a nice blend of local style and modern convenience. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The kitchen is large and open and great for a crowd.

The only downside is the steep walk up from town. It would be tough for people not used to walking.

This was the sixth place we've stayed in Sayulita and one of our favorites. We would definitely go back.

Casa las Brisas

  • 4 of 5

We stayed in this house for four nights and could not have been happier. The house is closer to the beach and town than the site mentioned, so that was an added bonus. It is on the way up a short, but very steep hill, so take that into consideration. You can't see the sun actually set over the water, which is something we were looking forward to, but the colors spreading through the clouds over the house were amazing. The house is a great place to relax and watch the light dim outside, with plenty of patio space on both floors. There is also more than enough space inside to hang out if you want to do that also. If you plan on cooking, the kitchen is decently equipped, but be warned that the gas pressure to the stove top is less than desirable. It took over an hour to boil a pot of water for some noodles. We grilled fish two nights, so that was easy enough to escape the kitchen. Also, they had more than enough wine glasses but no wine opener. If you are a wine drinker, you might want to plan on bringing a small one with you if you check bags. If you aren't renting a car they can set you up with a great service round trip from the airport in a suburban. It was a little pricey, but it was well worth all the extra space and not being crammed into a taxi or waiting on the bus. Overall a great place and I would recommend this house to anyone.

A true gem house!

  • 5 of 5

We stayed at Casa las Brisas just recently, during the month of March 2014, and our experience was extraordinary, we loved the location of the house, the decor, the colors, the layout, pretty much everything about it. The house was very clean upon our arrival. The access was made very easy to us, even though we got there very late at night. The property management couple were delightful courteous, and spoke perfect English. They always answered my calls when I had a question or a request. This made our stay even more pleasant. We can't wait to go back to Sayulita and stay at Casa las Brisas.
