I had a relaxing week in the apartment. Lots of outside space which is private so could enjoy a beer while working on my tan. The top terrace is nice and keeps the sun longer but isn't suitable for little kids because of the ladder up and the drop down.
Ideal size for 1 or a couple but as the weather wasn't great if there had been any more then it would've felt a bit cramped.
Unfortunately the weather wasn't the best but that's hardly the apartment's fault.
Stefania gave some advice on nice places to visit.
There is a two big supermarkets with in 30 minutes for a big shop best being Carrefour which is a nice walk along the beach.
El Confital is a nice walk along the coast with some walks up the hills to.
The old town is very interesting.
This apartment is fantastic! Very comfortable with every facility you need and beautiful 2-level terrace with work-out and yoga stuff on the top one overlooking the sea - great location. And the owners are lovely.
Man ist in 10-15 Minuten am Santa Catalina Park (nächste Busstation) oder am Hafen.
Supermarkt direkt nebenan. Ein- und auschecken war problemlos, Kontakt zu Stefania S. über Handy gut. Schade, haben Sie nicht persönlich kennengelernt. Leider keine deutschen TV-Sender, aber bei dem tollen Wetter haben wir das auch nicht vermisst.War insgesamt eine schöne Woche in Las Palmas, Wohnung würden wir immer wieder buchen.
Clean apartment at perfect location. Wonderful terrace and fully equiped kitchen. Would love to come here again!
We (2 adults and 2 kids) stayed for 10 days in this great apartment. The flat has an ideal location just 50 m from playa Las Canteras. The bathroom, bedroom and combined kitchen/living room are all rooms with good standards even though a little wear and tear is shown for some of the furnitures. The biggest asset of this flat, except the location, is undoubtedly the massive terrace! In fact there are two terraces, however we just used the main terrace as this is big enough. Given the climate of Las Palmas, the terrace can be used as an extra room. We had all meals out on the terrace. For us the washing machine and the wifi were invaluable features that made our stay even better.
The water pressure in the shower could have been better, but I guess this is something similar in most of the apartments of Las Palmas. Another thing that can be annoying is that there are tiny, quick ants coming in quite big numbers if you leave sweets or food in the open, especially in the kitchen.
The landlady Stefania was really professional and helpful. She even offered some beers, yoghurt and butter in the fridge to us when we arrived, brilliant gesture!
She was fast in answering our enquiries beforehand and met our needs with a high chair for the baby. She was also flexible about "check-in & check-out" hours.
All in all we had a perfect stay and I would definitely recommend this flat to others and we would like to stay again if we're going back to Las Palmas,
Wir verbrachte eine sehr schöne Zeit in Las Palmas. Die Wohnung befindet sich knapp 200 m von der Strand-Promenade entfernt. Der Strand ist sehr schön und das Wasser sauer. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ruhig, viele kleine Geschäfte und Reataurants befinden sich in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit der kleinen Küche kann man sich komplett selbst versorgen. Die große Terrasse ist besonders am Abend sehr gemütlich.
