A perfect north Norfolk hideaway, 3 The Saltings offers a modern, luxury coastal let in the popular village of Blakeney.
The property is away from the bustle of Blakeney, yet just steps from the quay, the local pub and village shop. The property has unrivalled views of Blakeney Point and the National Trust estate.
Enjoy an evening on the terrace and take in the stunning sunsets, or retreat indoors on colder evenings to take in the view from the full height picture window in the upstairs lounge.
3 The Saltings is fitted and furnished to a high-quality luxury standard but retains its family friendliness with bunks for the kids as well as 2 double bedrooms.
New central heating and double glazing keeps the house cosy whilst the kitchen benefits from all Bosch appliances with a full-size dishwasher, split oven, fridge, freezer and Corian counter top. There is a washer/dryer tucked away in the garage.
Parking can be a problem in Blakeney, but a wide drive allows for 2 or 3 cars to be parked which caters for most visitors' needs.
Consider booking for a week or a shorter 4-night stay.

We stayed at The Saltings for a week in the summer and had a lovely holiday. Location is great, just a very short stroll into Blakeney and it is situated right on the edge of the Norfolk Coast Path. Crabbing down at Blakeney harbour is a must and the walk to Morston very pleasant. Property has an unusual layout, with the lounge upstairs (from which you get lovely views) and this was all part of its charm. Property was well maintained and nice a clean upon arrival. It is a great base for exploring North Norfolk and we are already thinking of booking again for next year.
This was a massively unexpected treat. We were late booking and didn't think we were likely to be able to stay in such a fabulous property in one of our favourite parts of the country.
We really hope to be able to return to stay here again. We would thoroughly recommend coming here.
This was a really lovely house which lived up to all our expectations. It was clean, tidy and very well-equipped and had an interesting layout. The kitchen had a great induction hob and decent appliances (such as dualit toaster and kettle), as well as good quality pots and pans, which is so often overlooked in holiday rentals.
I stayed here with my parents and my 20 month-old son and we all loved the house. It was in a lovely peaceful location which is great for walking and the village is a very pretty little village with decent food at the Kings Arms pub just a stone's throw away.
We also found the loation great for exploring more of the North Norfolk coastline and nearby towns of Holt, Sheringham and Wells-next-the-sea. We didn't have an opportunity to see the Seals at Blakeney point unfortunately as my son had a bad cough so we thought it was a bit cold to take the boat trip at this time of year (and too far to walk from Cley with a toddler) so this gives us the perfect excuse to come back another time.
The owners were very helpful, answering all our queries quickly and the booking process was very straightforward. Our security deposit was also returned to us promptly upon leaving the property. We would definitely recommend this property to friends or family.
