The villa was fully refurbished and furnished June 12 and has full Air-Con, Sat TV & Free Wi-Fi.

10m x 6m Private pool.

This lovely 3 bedroom detached villa is located in a quiet location on the popular El Raso urbanization which is just 5 minutes drive from the town of Guardamar with its stunning beaches.

The house was fully refurbished in June 2012 which included all new furniture and fittings.

The house also has a larger than normal private pool which is fenced for your children’s safety.

There is a very large terrace to the front of the house with 4 sun beds, large table and chairs, and 2 parasols. The pool area is surrounded by raised decking.

The large lounge/dining area has windows to all sides so is very light and airy. There is a 32” TV with UK & Spanish Satellite, DVD player and Free Wi-Fi.

On the ground floor is a twin bedroom with good sized shower room next door.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all you could need, but no dishwasher.

On the first floor is the master bedroom with king size bed and patio doors onto the roof terrace, the third bedroom is next door and also has patio doors onto the roof terrace.

The good sized family bathroom has full size bath with shower over.

On the roof terrace you will find a table and chairs plus a further 2 sun beds. This is the perfect place to relax with a drink watching the stunning sunsets over the orange groves next to the house.

All rooms have their own air-conditioning units which operate via remote controls.

El Raso has a very good selection of bars, restaurants and shops on site so you do not need to go far in the evening for a good meal.

Property was very comfortable but needed a little tlc outside ie weeding . We would certainly go aga

Beach was a 15 min drive away but was very welcoming and the Sunday market was well worth visiting. The nearest bars / restaurant/ supermarket were excellent and just a 10 min walk away.

Pretty sure I would hire a car next time but in general a very pleasant experience

Property in poor state. Formerly nice but neglected and overpriced. Not recommended

From previous comments I understood that there are some critical issues with house but I thought its exaggerated. And I believed in the nice photos.

Now I know it is not exaggerated.

Pictures of property are from some years ago and the state is very different today.

- wooden pool planks broken and loose -> dangerous to walk on

- furniture old with sofa (white leather with deep yellow sweat stains) and bed matraces (liquid stains...) in poor state

- strong smell of mold in two bedrooms

- kitchen poorly equipped eg not enough plates / cuttlery for 6 persons and not useabel frying pans, pots, etc (we bought our own stuff)

- Garden has not been taken care off apparently as it is full of weeds and is dirty with rubbish

- wifi did not work and property management reluctant to fix within 2 weeks

- house has no dishwasher as advertised

- all dining room chairs were broken (I mean broken with seat cushions loose) as reported by previous tenants.

Above issues are so obvious and have additionally been reported by tenants since 2016. But landlord/owner is reluctant to fix (or started a fix just after intensive complaints).

To summarize all:

- the property is in poor state and not a "villa"

- the charged price/rent is of the level of a "villa"

- you can not expect any serious or substantial support from owner or property management

Overpriset hus med muggproblem, velg annen bolig

Vi visste om at sofaene så ille ut, men slengte noen laken over dem. Problemet er at det er en dyr leie av et hus som er preget av sterk mugglukt over hele huset, der to av soverommene var sterkt angrepet av lukten. Det ene kunne vi ikke sove i under to netter. Vi klaget, de så på det og vasket antagelig bort det meste, men det hjalp kun ett døgn. På begge disse soverommene blåste airconditionen i tillegg inn en sterk ubehagelig lukt, da de tydeligvis ikke har vært renset på noen år. Vi ble lovet service på airconditionen, men det skjedde ikke. Velg en annen bolig om dere kan.

Weiße s Ledersofa gelb geworden. Stühle Auflagen ab. Betten bräuchten mal neue Matratzen .poolumrandung brüchig. Küche schlecht ausgestattet z.b 3 Teelöffel 4Teller .Backofen war dreckig und das bei einem Haus für 6 Personen
