About Will Hederman
We grew up skiing on The Rez and love spending time at the Lake House whenever we get a chance.
Will Hederman purchased this House in 2012
Why Will Hederman chose Brandon
This house has been in the family for 4 generations and my sister, Janelle, and I had a chance to bring it back to life in 2012. We took over the property from family members and we have done a significant amount of work to bring the house up to modern conditions while keeping the nostalgic feel. We have been renting it out for 3 years and have a great time hosting families through other websites. We are now looking to add VRBO to our advertising to share this property with others.
What makes this House unique
Property is made up of 4 lots, which is highly unusual. The house sits on 1 lot leaving a huge yard and significant water front access/views that can't be found anywhere else on The Rez. Many have mistaken our place for a public park.

Spacious and beautiful family gathering spot!
We came to town from Southern California for my son’s graduation from Mississippi College. We wanted a place we could all hang out together (beyond a hotel bar or lobby). This property exceeded all our expectations. Well equipped with both functional and retro appointments (the relic rotary phone in the hall wall is a classic!) it is a nod to yesteryear, but with all the necessities of now - smart TV, WiFi, coffee maker, etc. The expansive windows provided a soothing view of the lake - simply gorgeous. We had our morning coffee and conversation down at the water in our jammies (did I mention it’s quite private? The geese and the occasional paddle boarder or angler didn’t mind!) We were also able to host a small gathering of aunts, uncles cousins and my son’s college friends. Food from nearby Little Willies BBQ and cocktails around the fire pit capped it all off. What a special memory of a great achievement. We were so thankful to discover this perfect destination. Next time, we hope to take advantage of the canoes!
Cindy and her family were fantastic guests. They followed the house rules, left the house in good condition, and communication was easy. We would happily host her family again anytime in the future.
We had a wonderful time!
Beautiful setting on the water. The house is full of vintage decor that adds to the charm of the setting. We hope to return again!
The lake house was perfect. Lots of room and many amenities.
We had a great time. The house was very large and well sticked. The view was amaxing. Large yard was also a plus!
