Guest Cottage #76 experienced a total rebuild from March 2012 until November 2014. Exterior rebuild includes all new windows and doors, all new lighting, and ceiling fan on front deck area. Interior rebuild includes all new walls and wall coverings, all new interior doors and moldings (including designer panel doors and wide floor moldings and wide designer crown moldings. All living area floors are Floating Bamboo Hardwood Floors. Bathrooms and laundry are ceramic floors.
The kitchen area was increased in size to include stainless steel appliances, ceramic counter tops, designer cabinetry, and brushed nickel fixtures. All kitchen accessories are matching stainless steel. Every item in kitchen are is brand new.... silver, cups, plates, pots and pans, cooking accessories, etc. The kitchen and family room are divided by a 52' ceramic breakfast bar. Kitchen lighting includes designer pendant lighting and separately controlled canister lighting.
Laundry Room includes Frigidaire Front Load Washer and Dryer for use while in the property.
Master Bedroom includes a king-size bed, ceiling fan, overhead lighting as well as lamp lighting, Spacious walk-in closet with plenty of hanging space. Master closet includes shoe racks. Master bedroom design includes remote control 32' flat panel TV. Entertainment includes 47' Flat Screen TV, Built in Surround Sound Receiver and built in Surround Sound Speaker System. Wireless internet available throughout home. Family room includes 42' Bistro Height dining table with matching upholstered chairs.
Parking deck area includes parking for three automobiles very pleasantly lighted as a lounging area as well. Exterior accessories include a rental storage area for beach chairs and toys, an exterior picnic table, and an outside barbecue grill. Beach toys and some beach chairs are on sight as well. The front deck area is well lighted with time controlled ceiling fan.
This unit is located on Jesters Court which is the first row off the beach front directly across from The Sands Ocean Club or the famous Ocean Annie's Beach Club. Less than 100 yards from the beach front, this unit is approximately 1/4 mile south of the Apache Pier located at the end of the restaurant row area of Myrtle Beach. Within walking distance of numerous restaurants, entertainment, and shopping centers, this unit is convenient located approximately half way between Downtown Myrtle Beach and Main Street in North Myrtle Beach. Conveniently located very close to the end of Hwy. 22 and Hwy 17, transportation is a breeze with immediate access to outer loop of Hwy. 31 as well.
The Myrtle Beach area includes numerous shopping and entertainment complexes as well as access to more than 100 golf courses on the Grand Strand. This home is not pet friendly.

I am a victim of habit. I like to have everything at my fingertips, I like to have everything in my vision, and I don't want want to have to have to share parking lots and elevators and staircases with other vacationers. And when i get home, I when I walk in the door of my vacation home, I want it to be equipped with everything I have in my everyday home. This house has all that and more. Just steps from the beach. Single Home Dwelling. Private parking deck under the home. Private staircase in front and rear. Private front and rear decks. Wireless Security System. Automated outside lighting for late night arrival. Lower deck entertainment with picnic area, yard swings, additional yard seating, gas grill, charcoal barbecue grill, outside showers. etc. Spacious family room with flat panel entertainment in family room and every bedroom , built in surround sound entertainment, wi-fi,. Lovely home, perfect for our family.
We loved this home as soon as we entered. It had everything we needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were a good size and beds were comfy. We were a little put out when we realized we had to bring our towels and sheets (more to pack!!) but to be honest I loved that I was sleeping in my own sheets! The owner has been very attentive to detail in decorating the house. Excellent location. Very close to the beach and loved the fact that we could just walk over with our toddler in tow. Definitely hope to visit again. Thanks Donnie for a lovely vacation!

Clean and comfortable
Everything was as described, clean comfortable and awesome location, just a quick stroll to beach.
Perfect vacation spot in every way!
This was our first family vacation in 2+ years, so we needed it to be special. With our 3 year old and 4 year old to keep entertained, this cottage hit the mark perfectly. The location itself was amazing .... 30 seconds to the pool and 1 minute to the ocean. The cottage was a perfect set up for us, had everything we needed, and then some. We felt right at home, and so did our kids. Great space, great amenities, and great access to everything we could want or imagine. This is definitely the place to stay!! The owner was also incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure to tend to everything leading up to our trip, including staying in touch as needed during our stay. He's got an A+++ from us, and so does the cottage! Thank you!
