Just across Shore Drive and within 100 yards of the ocean front. Across street from the famous Ocean Annie's Beach Club, just south of the Apache Pier. Within walking distance to supermarket, major shopping mall, kids' entertainment and convenient nightlife. Single family dwelling with parking for 3 vehicles. Home contains Bamboo Floors, Granite, Marble, Stainless Steel Appliances, Brushed Nickel Fixtures, Flat Screen TV's in family room and bedrooms, Built in Surround Sound. Within seconds of three full size outdoor pools. Lower deck recreation area includes yard swing, picnic table, barbecue grill. Outside water for washing beach toys, chairs, and automobiles. Guest Cottage #76 has undergone a total rebuild from March 2012 until November 2013. Exterior rebuild includes all new windows and doors, all new lighting, and ceiling fan on front deck area. Interior rebuild includes all new walls and wall coverings, all new interior doors and moldings (including designer panel doors and wide floor moldings and wide designer crown moldings. All living area floors are Floating Bamboo Hardwood Floors. Bathrooms and laundry are ceramic floors.

The kitchen area was increased in size to include stainless steel appliances, ceramic counter tops, designer cabinetry, and brushed nickel fixtures. All kitchen accessories are matching stainless steel. Every item in kitchen are is brand new.... silver, cups, plates, pots and pans, cooking accessories, etc. The kitchen and family room are divided by a 52' ceramic breakfast bar. Kitchen lighting includes designer pendant lighting and separately controlled canister lighting.

Laundry Room includes Frigidaire Front Load Washer and Dryer for use while in the property.

Master Bedroom includes a king-size bed, ceiling fan, overhead lighting as well as lamp lighting, Spacious walk-in closet with plenty of hanging space. Master closet includes shoe racks. Master bedroom design includes remote control 32' flat panel TV. Master Bath contains Marble vanity top, brushed nickel fixtures, high-seat position toilet, and shower with extended curve shower rods and multi-position shower head.

Guest Bedroom includes a queen-size bed, ceiling fan, overhead lighting as well as lamp lighting, Spacious walk-in closet with plenty of hanging space. Closet includes shelving shoe racks. The Family room contains beautifully designed queen sleeper sofa, two upholstered arm chairs with ottoman, designer end tables and designer lamps. Family room contains canister lighting, pendant lighting, and wall sconce lighting. The family room is accented with an 84' ceiling fan including accent lighting. Entertainment includes 47' Flat Screen TV, Built in Surround Sound Receiver and built in Surround Sound Speaker System. Wireless internet available throughout home. Family room includes 42' Bistro Height dining table with matching upholstered chairs.

Parking deck area includes parking for three automobiles very pleasantly lighted as a lounging area as well. Exterior accessories include a rental storage area for beach chairs and toys, an exterior picnic table, and an outside barbecue grill. Beach toys and some beach chairs are on sight as well. The front deck area is well lighted with time controlled ceiling fan.

This unit is located on Jesters Court which is the first row off the beach front directly across from The Sands Ocean Club or the famous Ocean Annie's Beach Club. Less than 100 yards from the beach front, this unit is approximately 1/4 mile south of the Apache Pier located at the end of the restaurant row area of Myrtle Beach. Within walking distance of numerous restaurants, entertainment, and shopping centers, this unit is convenient located approximately half way between Downtown Myrtle Beach and Main Street in North Myrtle Beach. Conveniently located very close to the end of Hwy. 22 and Hwy 17, transportation is a breeze with immediate access to outer loop of Hwy. 31 as well.

The Myrtle Beach area includes numerous shopping and entertainment complexes as well as access to more than 100 golf courses on the Grand Strand. This home is not pet friendly.

I am the second owner of the property and have owned it since 1999. For the previous five years prior to my ownership, I wanted this specific piece of property specifically for its proximity to the beach, , the spacious floor plan, and the character of the community. I am a victim of habit. I like to have everything at my fingertips, I like to have everything in my vision, and I don't want want to have to have to share parking lots and elevators and staircases with other vacationers. And when i get home, I when I walk in the door of my vacation home, I want it to be equipped with everything I have in my everyday home.

This house has all that and more. Just steps from the beach. Single Home Dwelling. Private parking deck under the home. Private staircase in front and rear. Private front and rear decks. Wireless Security System. Automated outside lighting for late night arrival. Lower deck entertainment with picnic area, yard swings, additional yard seating, gas grill, charcoal barbecue grill, outside showers. etc.

Spacious family room with flat panel entertainment in family room and every bedroom , built in surround sound entertainment, wi-fi,. Ceilings fans in every room. Wonderful lighting features. Front load washer and dryer. Fully furnished kitchen area. And bedrooms that are maintained to a level of comfort fit for a King and Queen.

This home was damaged by fire on March 27, 2011 and since that time has been off the market, completely dismantled and built back brand new. Everything in the home is brand new from the exterior walls, roofing, exterior windows, floors, interior walls, interior moldings, interior doors, all interior furnishings, all bathroom fixtures, all wiring, lighting, and plumbing. Every item in this home was replaced brand new between March 27, 2011 and December 1, 2011. The entire home was professionally designed, professionally built, and professionally decorated. This home is so beautiful I would live in it permanently if I could move to the beach full time.

Wonderful vacation cottage

We had a great time at your guest cottage. The place was well equipped and updated. We used the gas grill once, it was nice having that. The kids loved the pools! Great communication from owner. Friendly security staff was always around, safe environment. It was an awesome week!

This Cottage is GREAT!!! Location is GREAT!!! Roomy and comfortable. Home away from home. Short walk to the beach. Barefoot Landing, Pirates Voyage, Walmart Super Center, Kroger, and Restaurants just a few minutes away.

Stunning and elegant yet cute and cozy.

Loved our stay in this cottage. So tastefully decorated and updated to an elegant yet warm and cozy feel. I was very impressed with the fully stocked kitchen supplies. From pots and pans, even a crock pot, to sharp knives and veggie peeler, all the way down to chip clips. (Those are important when taking your chips to the beach, right?). Ocean Annie's is right across the street with River Cities Cafe inside, one of our favorites. And Finn McCools is close by, another favorite. The owner was a delight to work with and booking was a breeze. We will definitely stay here again.
