About the property

Housing for 6 people instead of rest and good atmosphere

The house is built on the same ground as the owners, but with completely separate entrances for different streets. It consists of private and enclosed garage. HOUSING newly refurbished

The house has 2 single beds, 1 bed and a sofa bed chaislong (2 seats) in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge, kitchen and washing machine. The bathroom with shower and bidet. It consists of bed linen and towels. There are air conditioning. It also has a small courtyard to have breakfast or dinner in it, equipped with terrace furniture and barbecue

The pool is shared with the owners, as well as spacious terraces with garden furniture (chairs, arbor, etc.). In these terraces there is another bathroom with shower.

It is a quiet place, ideal for rest and relaxation.

The house is located in an ideal place for holiday. Almuñécar is the nerve center of the Costa Tropical of Granada, with a subtropical microclimate with pleasant temperatures all year round. Almuñécar is a tourist place that still retains the essence of Arab Andalusian village and above. Where you can taste many typical tapas comidasy area (crumbs, fried fish, etc) and tropical fruits (custard apple, mango, naseberry, avocados ...); and enjoy many festivals, mainly in summer, particularly in August. Every Friday there is very near the house a flea market clothing, footwear and accessories, famous throughout the region.

In addition we are 80 kilometers from Granada capital and 85 of Malaga.

Good base for exploring

We stayed 15-25 June. It was difficult to find the property so would recommend clearer instructions. The apartment was perfect - very clean, quiet and cool with the aircon in every room. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The pool and sunbathing area were great. We were pleasantly surprised how close the property was to the beach (walkable, though a bit of a hill to climb on the way back!) There are plenty of other beaches to try and Granada was only 50 minutes drive away. We had a lovely relaxing holiday.

Nous avons séjourné du 19.0817 au 09.09.17

L'accueil à été agréable. L'appartement à une situation idéale permettant d'aller en ville rapidement ou de vous baigner dans les nombreuses plages voisines. Nous avons adoré les criques entre la herradura et nerja.

Les propriétaires habitent sur place dans une maison indépendante.

La piscine est grande avec une jolie vue sur les montagnes.

Nous mettons 4 étoiles sur 5 pour le bruit sonor qui au bout du 2 eme jours passé dans l'oubli (nous habitons actuellement une maison sans bruit avoisinant)

The property is situated on the grounds that the house owners, but with different and totally independent entries. Pool (9m x 4m), terraces and shared garden.
