This recently renovated apartment is in a historic district near the Louvre Museum. Located on the 5th floor (with elevator access), the is a sunny, quiet, and charismatic property.
The entry opens onto a large living room, which features hard wood floors and floor-to-ceiling windows. It flows into the kitchen, which is fully equipped with modern appliances and has plenty of counter space. The open floor plan is perfectly suited to cooking and entertaining.
The master suite has a queen sized bed, a big closet, and a tiled en-suite bathroom.The second bedroom, located on the opposite end of the apartment, has 2 twin beds and another en-suite bathroom.
The apartment has one toilet, which is just on the right as you enter the apartment.

The positives, location, light, two bedrooms, great Bathrooms, kitchen, modern and well equipped
The apartment was close to many shops and restaurants. Bus stops and metro stations are just a short walk away. Very convenient location to stay while exploring Paris. The property was well maintained. The power went out at our unit one morning, but Glamaparis sent Noel over in no time to get the power back on, even on a Saturday.
The apartment is well situated with easy transport links to explore all of Paris, and also head out on foot. Good proximity to many local restaurants and cafes also, and an excellent local baker/patissier is only 50 metres away. The apartment is very light and airy, nice clean wooden floors, lots of space in the living/kitchen areas, and the kitchen is modern, well equipped with modern appliances. Only thing that lets it down is the bathrooms and rest-room which are tiny, but I guess you can't have everything. Glamaparis who manage the apartment were very responsive and easily contacted.
First, we have to say that GLAM A PARIS is a super manager (especially Sarah, with whom we dealt) and we recommend highly this company.
The apartment was perfectly clean and Sarah was very helpful and professionnal with us.
Well situated in the pedestrian quarters of Montorgueuil ( first arrondissement.) - Les Halles.
Rooms are more than adequate with good beds. There are 2 bathrooms with shower in each one / without WC.
The kitchen and dining area become a lovely living space due to a super furniture, working space and more...
We did receive friends (happy hour 5-8h) sitting around the working space in the kitchen !
We recommend the apartment for everyone who chooses Paris for the french taste and culture. It is super ! And very affordable.
We also have to add that the one WC is from the same culture, so tiny you better go in backwards !
Taking the elevator up to your 5th floor, is also an experience of space control !
And the same situation reveals in the entrance hall of the building (street level) ... Surprising !
Our family spent 8 days in Paris and enjoyed staying at this apartment so much. It was open, bright and loved the kitchen. The layout was great and very comfortable for us and our two kids (10/14). The second bedroom with 2 twin beds and separate bathroom w/shower were perfect for their comfort and convenience getting ready in the morning. I can't say enough about the location. I loved being only a few blocks from Rue Montegui, a great pedestrian only street with restaurants, shops and fun place to walk around. The apartment was only a few blocks away from the Louvre and Le Halle, as well as metro. We really enjoyed it and can't wait for our next trip back!
As a family of 4 we spent a week in this beautiful apartment. The location was excellent near Les Halles and the Louvre, close to the metro. The apartment was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. We would highly recommend this place to others.
A great Paris apartment! Two very nice bedrooms with their own sink/shower bath and a large, well equipped kitchen. The only downside is there is only one VERY small toilet room - door doesn't even open all the way because it hits the sink. A larger person may not be able to even fit through the door. Otherwise the GlamParis staff were friendly and responsive and the location was excellent!!
The apartment is centrally located, yet quiet and secure. It's in the first arrondissement, only a short stroll away from the Louvre museum. In addition to the boutiques, cafés, and bakeries lining the streets, the neighborhood hosts many outdoor markets. In the center of the capital, nearly every monument, train station, and airport is easily accessible.
Metro Palais Royal (lines 1 and 7) and Louvre Rivoli (line 1).

All of our rates are weekly rates which means the price remains the same whether for 5 or 7 nights.
We however do offer some special rates for shorter stays depending on calendars and periods.

Payment by credit card (AMEX, VISA, MASTERCARD), cash, and wire transfer. Minor fees apply to credit card transactions. 2.5% for Visas, 3.5% for AMEX
Since 2015, a tourist tax of 0,83 € is charged per guest & per night (except for children under 18)
For shorter stays, the security deposit is typically made by credit card print, meaning no extra money is charged up front. Ask us for more details.
A representative will greet you at the apartment with the keys. This service is free of charge, with the exception of late check-ins (any day after 7pm), Sunday check-ins, and holiday check-ins. These incur a 50 €. fee. After 10pm, the fee increases to 75€.
Wifi, international calling, cable TV, and final cleaning are included in the rate.
