Carmil Is Beautiful 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Ground Floor Apartment With Gardens
Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with communal pool plus children’s pool set in unspoilt and tranquil area of Mandria. The apartment is in the brand new development of Zephyros Village 4 . It’s the perfect place for a really relaxing holiday in a typical friendly Cypriot village environment. Paphos town is only 15 km away and attractions such as the Baths of Aphrodite and Tomb of the Kings being only a short drive. For golf lovers there are 3 courses within a 15 minute drive, Secret Valley, Aphrodite Hills and the new Elea making Mandria the ideal base for golfers. The apartment is brand new, beautifully furnished, is fully equipped with everything you should need for a great self -catering holiday and is also fully air conditioned. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms one with a double bed, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and fitted robes. There is a family bathroom with shower over bath. The kitchen is of the very highest standard oven, ceramic hob, large fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave kettle and toaster. There is a breakfast bar with high stools and all surfaces are in granite. The large living area is open plan with 2 double sofa beds, Satellite TV and overlooks the pool. The dining area has a table and 4 chairs comfortably seating 4. There are white gravelled gardens to three sides and a patio, overlooking the pool, with furniture for al fresco dining. There is allocated parking for the apartment and the whole of Zephyros 4 has the added security of coded entrance barriers.
Carmil apartment is situated in the idyllic village of Mandria situated within easy reach of secluded Cyprus beaches and only 10 minutes away from Paphos airport. For golf enthusiasts Carmil is ideal as it is only 10 minutes drive away from two of the international golf courses in Cyprus: Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills. Both are open to the public and are well worth a visit for a drink or meal even if you are not golf fan. Historic harbour town of Paphos is only 15 min drive away. With its superb shops and lovely old market you can enjoy days out shopping or relax with a drink in one of many restaurants and coffee shops. If you are more of an adventurer there are many water and other sports in Paphos harbour and inland. For a packed day out take a leisurely drive to Troodos mountains. You will pass many small villages where you could have an authentic Cypriot meal, or visit vineyards and a host of farming communities on the way. The Troodos mountain range stretches across most of the western side of Cyprus. There are many famous mountain resorts, Byzantine monasteries and churches on mountain peaks, and nestling in its valleys and picturesque mountains are villages clinging to terraced hill slopes.

A good choice
Perfect location, close to pool area, and parking right outside the entrance to the apartment. Walking distance to Mandria center. The apartment is good equiped and all the nessecities is there. We enjoyed our stay sitting on the patio having breakfast, lunch and dinner almost every day. We have been here before and will come back.

Great stay in the apartment. Easy booking. Very helpful owner who made sure everything was okay. Large apartment with nice furnishings. Pool lovely and large. Only ones using it, so very peaceful experience. Quiet location near the village with a few eateries. Best fish and chips in Cyprus. Would love to visit again.

Lovely, quiet stay in Mandria
This is our second time at Miki's apartment and once again we couldn't find a fault. The area is very quiet and the locals are extremely friendly. Lovely little play park for the kids and the swimming pools are well maintained. The apartment it's self is clean, tidy, and spacious. If you require any assistance Miki is helpful and reliable.

Relaxing stay in a beautiful, modern apartment
I travelled to Paphos on 20/08/2014 for 9 nights with my husband and two sons (9 and 13) and had a lovely relaxing holiday at Carmil.
Carmil is a beautifu,l modern, spotlessly clean apartment with all the facilities required to make your holiday enjoyable.The communal pool area was also spotless and very peaceful; it was almost like we had our own private pool.
Carmil is set in the lovely village of Mandria, which although small, has everything you need - restaurants, bars, a bank, and a supermarket. There is also a lovely church and a beach nearby. It is only a 5 -10 minute drive from the airport,15 - 20 minute drive into Paphos harbour and about 10 minutes to Aphrodite Hills where you can find a beautiful spa, golf and a variety of restaurants and bars.
We arrived in Mandria late in the evening and were still able to get a table in one of the restaurants, they even offered us milk to take back to the apartment.
Miki (Carmil's owner) contacted me very shortly after I made my booking and was very helpful in fulfilling all of my enquiries and needs.
If you are looking for a quiet relaxing holiday, I would fully recommend Carmil.

We chose Mandria for its beauty, charm, tranquillity and the fact that the village is still traditional and has not been commercialised. The village centre is a 5 minute walk and the beach only a 10 minute walk away. The apartment is just a 15 minute drive from Paphos and more or less the same to the two golf courses Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills with the new Alea course only 20 minutes away. The airport is only a ten minute drive, so no long hauls from and to the airport.
The whole area is very flat making walking to the village and the beach very easy and no problems for people with mobility issues. The surrounding countryside is beautiful with orange groves and farmland surrounding the village and the roads down to the beach. It is the perfect place for a quiet relaxing holiday.
You will find the people of Cyprus really friendly, hospitable,very willing to help and extremely easy to do business with. Mandria also has a good number of ex-pats who are always more than willing to help and give advice.
Paphos town is only a 15 minute drive away from Mandria and is a must for a visit. There are numerous restaurants and bars and places of historical interest to visit. It is recommended to visit the harbour area at lunch time on Sundays. It’s a really friendly atmosphere with families making Sunday lunch, at one of the many excellent sea food restaurants, a real event.
There are also many supermarkets in and around Paphos where you can buy everything that you will need for the perfect self-catering holiday at very reasonable prices.
