location très sympa

La location correspond bien aux photos. Elle est très agréable et la vue du balcon est superbe. La nouvelle salle de bains est très jolies mais en revanche il n'y a qu'une douche et non baignoire + douche comme indiqué dans l'annonce. L'agencement du balcon est très agréable. Une amélioration à apporter serait d'équiper la cuisine d'un micro-ondes.

Très bien

L'espace extérieur est merveilleux. La résidence très tranquille à cette saison, et l'appartement très agréable.

Cependant il est vraiment urgent de changer le réfrigérateur dont le thermostat est hors service, ce qui a provoqué la congélation de nos légumes et crustacés...

Pascale, de l'agence qui nous a remis les clés, est vraiment gentille en plus d'être très efficace!

Nous envisageons de revenir.

C est justement ce qui est fait depuis 2 ans au fur et mesure Le mot "vétuste" ne caractérise pas réellement l état général des lieux et le prix du loyer est en correspondance avec son état. Ideally located on the seafront with direct access to the beach this apartment is in the heart of the very pleasant seaside resort of St Jean de Mont, nestled in a beautiful pine forest, in front of the island of Yeu.

Close to St-Gilles Cross of life where its markets, fishing and pleasure ports will not leave you indifferent.

By going there, the Vendée corniche will reveal you its 3 kms of wild rocky coast. A wonderful detour that will allow you to stroll along the ocean while admiring the many rocks including the five pinches.

Other discoveries: the island of Noirmoutier with its bridge, and especially its passage of the unique gois in Europe (28 kms); its magnificent landscapes and protected nature; the sands of olonne (45 kms) its beaches, its shops, its art galleries; The PUY du FOU park and its sound and lights show open from April to September and all the amusement park, aquatic or mechanical will make the happiness of the whole family.

Golf: About 2 kms from the apartment, Located on the seafront, the Golf was made in a sandy soil that absorbs immediately all excess moisture; it is therefore practicable all seasons.
