The apartment has been recently renovated with the most modern equipment, including :
Electrical heating with individual room controls, towel heater in main bathroom, washing/drying machine, iron and ironing table, dishwasher, four-ring stove, multi-function oven, fridge & freezer, TV with 150 channels, DVD & CD player, HIFI system, WIFI Internet.
All linen and towels are provided.
This 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment was perfectly centrally-located for our group of 4 for a week in Paris. It had everything we needed, including a dishwasher and in-suite laundry. So close to everything we wanted to see, restaurants, shopping and convenient to the Metro, too. Apartment was exactly as described and wonderfully clean and maintained. The owner went out of his way to help us navigate the booking (first time homeaway user), met us personally to show us the place and even helped book us a cab to the airport upon leaving. And the price was so reasonable for such a large apartment. Highly recommended!
This property has a very nice location, making it well-situated for day trips. It is conveniently located to a number of shops which we went to daily for groceries. The front entrance at night is not well-lit and during our visit, the elevator was not working. The furnishings in the apartment are older and some could be in better condition and the tile floor needs some repair. We found the queen mattress to be uncomfortable. Overall, the location and price make it a very good value.
This was a perfect apartment for our 5 days in Paris. For our group of 3 adults and two teenagers, we had plenty of space and it was really nice to have 2 full baths. The apartment was clean,quiet and comfortable and the location was truly unbeatable! We could walk to Notre Dame in just a few minutes and many other major sights were easily walkable. If we were tired at the end of the day we would just hop on the underground and get off at one of the stops that was a short walk from the apartment. Rue St-Louis-en-l'ile is a quaint, very Parisian street with great cafes, restaurants, shops, creperies, etc. Bernard helped to make all the planning super easy and was very responsive to all of our communication, and Alexandra who checked us in and out of the apt was very kind and helpful. We had a great experience at Bernard's place and would love to stay there again on our next trip back to Paris!

Emplazamiento inmejorable para caminar o tomar metro a las atracciones mas importantes. La sensacion de vivir como parisino. La encargada es un encanto y muy disponible.
El unico inconveniente es que el agua caliente dura muy poco. Lo super recomiendo a pesar de ese detalle. Volveremos.
My husband and I brought our three sons (9, 11 and 14) to Paris for the first time in March 2016. This apartment was absolutely perfect for us. We loved staying on this quaint, quiet island. Its central location could not have been more convenient. There are many Metro stations within an easy walk, but it is also so easy to walk nearly everywhere from this apartment. The Louvre is only a mile away! There is a bread/pastry shop across the street, a small grocery about two blocks away. You can walk to Notre Dame in 5 minutes. The larger streets of Saint-Germaine and Rue de Rivoli are a short walk away and you can find absolutely anything and everything you might need.
This 1600's apartment building is charming. It has lovely octagonal terra-cotta tiles on the floors and large, rough-hewn exposed beams on the ceilings. It has two bathrooms (important for a family of 5!) and a washer/dryer combo machine that we used almost daily. The furnishings were clean and practical but also very comfortable. We slept very well. Our two younger boys shared a small bedroom that has a trundle bed and the bathroom with a shower. When both beds are out, there isn't a lot of space between the beds, but two friendly adults could easily share this room. Our older son claimed the small bedroom beyond the master bedroom. It has a single bed, side table and an armoire. It was more than enough room for a teenager, or even an adult.
The living space is spacious and inviting. There was plenty of room for us. It actually seemed a bit larger in real life than in the pictures. The kitchen is very small, but has all the equipment you could possibly need for simple meals before or after a long day of sightseeing.
It’s not a criticism, but it is something to note that if you are traveling with a bunch of people who like to take long-ish showers, you will run out of hot water. The tank is much smaller than US ones. We solved that problem by asking our boys to take evening showers and we were good to go!
When we arrived, we were greeted by the very helpful and kind hostess who spoke lovely English. We didn’t have any problems, but are confident that if we had, Alexandra would have had them straightened out in no time.
I recommend this apartment without hesitation and promise that it will make your trip to Paris perfect!
This 2-3 bedroom apartment is located in the heart of the famous Saint Louis Island.
This historical residential area is only a few minutes walking distance from Notre-Dame Cathedral, Marais historic district, St-Germain Latin Quarter, major Museums like Centre Pompidou, Louvre, Orsay.
Fine restaurants, high quality food (famous ice-cream, butcher, baker) and retail shops can be found on the island.
The apartment is on the third floor of a 17th century house, which has kept its original architectural features, such as wood beams, Terra-cotta floors, antic fireplaces.
It is accessible from a code-controlled lobby, with an elevator starting at first floor.

Linen are changed every week, in case of several weeks stay.
Periods are usually from Saturday after 5:00 pm, to Saturday before 10:00 am.
Other schedules may be requested to the owner. Luggage may be dropped earlier.
