Edelweiss Apartment is a beautifully furnished, spacious (93 sqm) 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Chamonix apartment with shared outdoor parking, situated right in the centre of Chamonix along the riverside, close to all the shops, restaurants, and bars. There is one master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and two further bedrooms that can be made up as doubles or twins. There is a 2nd, family bathroom with large jacuzzi bath and separate shower, as well as a separate WC. Outside this Chamonix apartment is a South-facing patio and garden with views of Mont Blanc and access to the open-air car parking area. The furnishings give Edelweiss apartment lots of character and with underfloor heating throughout the apartment, it is an extremely comfortable apartment for 6 people, with a well-equipped kitchen including dishwasher, dining area and large lounge too. The apartment is equipped with large flatscreen TV, Sky TV, DVD player, stereo hifi, plus wifi internet access. There is a separate ski locker and also utility room with washing machine and dryer.

Chamonix is one of the most beautiful places I have visited. Lots of activities in the area, great walks etc. The appartment we stayed in was lovely, well equipped and comfortable. Located in the very centre of town, it had easy access to shops and restaurants. We all had a fantastic time.
Accommodation was fantastic! Comfortable warm great facilities and excellent location The only negative was the fact that there was no hairdryer! Three ladies in house. I rang the rental company and the response was very disappointing. They did not offer us a hairdryer and the only solution would be for us to leash one. Very poor. A simple hairdryer would have made the place perfect !
The apartment is in a great location just off the main pedestrian-only road in Chamonix with lots of shops, restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores within easy walking distance. Even the main train station is less than a 15 min walk. It is big enough so that it is very comfortable for 6 but 8 could squeeze. The kitchen and living area is cozy and there is a good entertainment (tv/ music) setup. We were disappointed by many small things, particularly in the bathrooms and kitchen that a bit of maintenance could easily fix (calcified tap, sink with jammed stopper, etc).
In summary, would I book it again - yes, it was pretty good value and the location was great, we were just a bit disappointed by the upkeep of the place. A little tlc would go a long way for changing this place to amazing.
We enjoyed very much our stay in Chamonix. The apartment is great in terms of rooms, space, location, parking, views... We would recomend to improve slightly the maintanance. One of the doors in the kitchen had fallen as it was not tight enough. Thanks that nobody got hurt. I called and same day was fixed so nothing to say. I was very thankfull to last minute change on day of arrival from Sunday to Monday. That shows great flexibility. Many thanks for all your support and help.
Large three bedroom unit with spacious living room and kitchen area.
But, laundary and dish washer need to be improved.
Otherwise, very comfortable to stay and quiet.
We feel that the cleanliness could have been better - there were a cob webs on ceilings ( I cleaned these off with the Hoover) - extractor fan is very dirty. Also in the brightness of day you can see that the walls are in need of a re- paint ( lounge area) This said we thought the accom was of a good standard, well furnished and an ideal location. We would recommend it to friends.
We rented the apartment for a family of six. The location in the centre of Chamonix is excellent with a private parking space and key fob to enter the central zone of the town. The living room/ kitchen was ideal for the six of us and the three bedrooms all of a good standard, one with an ensuite. The Chamonix All Year team met us on arrival and we're happy to help with queries during our stay. The only negative thing is the WC is in a small cupboard while there would be adequate room to put one in the main bathroom.

Edelweiss apartment is set in a lovely quiet lane along the river Arve, right in the heart of Chamonix town centre. This Chamonix apartment is located the pedestrian high street of the town centre, and you will be provided with an access card for your car. Edelweiss apartment is 5 minutes' walk from the main bus station in Chamonix Sud, and there are shops, restaurants and bars located at the end of the lane which leads to the apartment. The nearest large supermarkets are less than 5 minutes away by car or 10 minutes on foot.
