This hidden jewel is in a lovely, gated beach community! The two floor townhouse is spacious and clean. It is one of the best situated units within the community, next to a Private Beach Walkway! Fully furnished throughout, with upstairs having two bedrooms, each with it's own private bath. The large, master bedroom has a king-size bed with a large walk-in closet. The vanity area has double sinks and is separate from the shower and toilet room. The second bedroom with balcony has a queen bed, large closet, and private bath with walk-in shower. All linens supplied, just bring your suitcases!
Downstairs, it has a completely equipped kitchen, and a half bathroom with washer and dryer. A beautiful private patio, with two assigned parking spaces next to the unit, is available for your enjoyment. Sea Brook Place, in addition to having access to the ocean, also has a back entrance to Carlin Park, which has trails, tennis courts, and other fun amenities.
The townhouse is located in a great community near wonderful restaurants such as Food Shack, movie theaters, golf courses, shopping at the Gardens Mall or Downtown at the Gardens within five-minute drive, with easy access to everything. The Jupiter Lighthouse and Intracoastal Waterway, with beach access and boat charters, are just minutes away. Close to Spring training for the Cardinals and Marlins at the Roger Dean Stadium in Jupiter and twenty minutes to Worth Avenue in Palm Beach.
Two-and-half hour drive to Disney, Orlando, and Everglades National Park. Fishing piers, as well as state park with canoes, kayaks, and hiking are nearby. There are plenty of activities to enjoy in the area.

We've recently returned home from a very enjoyable 4-month stay at this townhome. We really can't add much more to what other reviewers have said, but we'll repeat that the owners are helpful and friendly, the unit is well equipped and comfortable, and the location is perfect.
My family and I were lucky enough to spend two months at this piece of paradise! It has the best location in Jupiter - Restaurants, Shopping, Golf, Marinas, everything within reach!! Plus, it's own private walkway to the beach (who has that?) Fabulous!!! The lovely, quiet, gated neighborhood was just right for our morning strolls and then after spending the day at the beach, we sipped our favorite beverage on our private patio (with brand new furniture) was the perfect ending. The owners are most kind and could not have been more accommodating - Our every need was met. This home is fully equipped with everything from beautiful appointed rooms to comfy linens and the completely stocked kitchen was excellent. I would surely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a tropical vacation.

The Owner's are the most kind and couldn't have been more accommodating. Our every need was met. This home is fully equipped with everything from the comfy surroundings, well appointed rooms, cozy linens to a full stocked kitchen. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a home away from home in tropical lush setting.
We recently spent 2 and a half months in this ideally located townhouse. The "home" was immaculate, comfortable, efficient and furnished in top quality items. The owners were gracious, infomative, accomodating and responsive to our needs and ?'s. The Development was attractive, 90% of units being recently painted, pleasingly landscaped and well maintained with ample and easy parking. This is an ideal location for shopping, culinary and recreational needs. We would recommend this property again to ourselves, family, friends and even non- friends.

A great discovery: put your beach chair on the sandy east shore at mid-tide of the Intercoastal just over the bridge onto Jupiter Island at mid- afternoon and catch the flotilla retuning.
This cozy townhouse is absolutely a "Hidden Jewel". The description is definitely accurate; it is a short private walk to the beach- 6 blocks tops, along a quiet private walkway. The community is gated, beautifully landscaped and well maintained. It has a neighborhood feel with friendly people of all ages. The townhouse looks professionally decorated and has all the amenities- a well stocked kitchen, high end sheets, lots of plush towels, large bedrooms, VERY comfortable beds, clean updated bathrooms and very large closets (master has a walk-in). The half bath downstairs has newer, easy to use washer and dryer. We liked the privacy aspect of a townhouse layout as opposed to the condo we rented last year. We liked having both bedrooms on the second floor. The owner was very helpful and went out of her way to make us feel at home. This gated community is very close to everything you could need or want- only 1/2 mile from Publix grocery, LOTS of great restaurants, movie theaters, shopping and sight-seeing. You can walk or bike around the area or to the beach and feel very safe. There are lots of "don't miss" places that are a short drive-TooJay's Deli, the fabulous Gardens Mall, LegacyPlace (great shopping and eating) , City Place (more great shopping and eating- plus entertainment!) , Palm Beach, Juno Beach Fish House. Then take a 45 min drive to DelRay Beach and eat at Cafe Luna Rosa and take a 2 hr tour of the intercostal on the 'Lady Atlantic'. Oh, and of course LOTS of great golf courses with reasonable prices and within very reasonable distances. We have researched a lot of places and we think this is the best place
to stay if you are considering the West Palm Beach area for your "get away".
Truly a "hidden gem". This condo is exceptionally clean & nicely decorated with a well equipped kitchen. The location is convenient, next door to a great walking track, tennis courts & of course, easy access to the ocean. It has a safe community feel. We would highly recommend this condo & have been return visitors. As well, the owners are more than accommodating & accessible.
