2 Bed (plus 4 beds in basement), 2 Bath Wilderness Cabin in Swan Valley, Montana
This cabin is owned by my brother, sister and I. We are fourth generation Montanans and and spent our childhoods in the Swan Valley, hiking and boating at Salmon, Seeley, Flathead and Holland Lake, picking huckleberries, fishing and hiking in the Bob Marshall Wilderness. We are now scattered from Bozeman/Big Sky to Missoula, Montana and Washington, D.C., but this area of Montana has our heart. The views from the cabin are breathtaking and there are beautiful hikes and trails to be found just minutes away.
Lyndsey purchased this Cabin in 2017
Why Lyndsey chose Condon
This property, ideally situated between two majestic mountain ranges and just a short drive to Holland Lake was love at first sight for us. We had looked for awhile and knew immediately when we saw this cabin that it was the one for us. We have young boys who love exploring the woods and marshland around the property, watching the deer and elk come through and sitting around the campfire at night.

Comfortable and Convenient
The cabin was very comfortable for our family of four.
We selected it because of its proximity to the Flathead area and Glacier National Park. Though it was a bit of a drive to Glacier National Park, it was worth the ride and the scenery on the way was quite enjoyable. We also spent a day driving entirely around Flathead Lake, stopping off at towns and enjoying man of the local sites.
If seeing wildlife is your thing, you don't even need to leave the front porch of this place. We had several deer in the front yard on numerous occasions as well as a stray pony, which was friendly enough to allow our kids to pet and feed it apples.
We also enjoyed the fishing. The tranquility and peacefulness of the area was wonderful.
Finally, we made an error when booking the cabin and booked it one day later than we needed it. We reached out to the owner and she was more than accommodating , keeping us informed of the possibility of checking in a day early. We were fortunate that someone had checked out that day and we were able to get in. It was a pleasurable experience making the arrangements with the owner and we were very pleased with our stay!
We enjoyed ourselves to the fullest. It was a beautiful cabin and great location. We took the hike up to Holland Falls and it was great.
Thanks so much
Cozy, rustic wilderness getaway!
The mountain scenery was fantastic and the wildlife plenty. We saw many deer, a variety of birds, a mountain lion, and a black bear not far from the cabin. The sun rising over the mountain in the morning provided a great coffee experience near the pond. The stars were bright in the night sky as we sat around the firepit talking and eating smores. This is a great place to stay with a family to enjoy the outdoor sights and sounds of Montana!
My wife and I absolutely loved our weekend at the cabin! We have stayed at several different cabins and this is our new favorite! The surrounding area is beautiful with surrounding mountains, lakes, trees, and wildlife! There is a lot of fun things to do and visit! The cabin is well kept and stocked with everything we could have needed. Property manager was very kind and was quick to answer any questions we had! Would absolutely stay here again!
