Underground parking for 2 cars, at the foot of the cable car, close to shopping

The apartment can accommodate 2-6 people. You will find ski-in/ski-out, bakery, tobacconist, regional products, a butcher and cheese shops at the bottom of the building. There is a shuttle stop for the Chamonix valley 20 m away from the cable car of Bellevue. It is close to the pizzeria, the restaurant, ski schools and ski rentals. You will not need to use your car. High chair and baby cot are at your disposal.

We are passionate about the region and the city of Chamonix, and we bought an apartment in Les Houches to ski as often as we can.

What makes this apartment unique

This apartment boasts a privileged location in the resort because it is located in front of the cable car. So you are close to the ski runs with all conveniences as a ski locker, shopping facilities under the building (local products, newspaper stand, bakery, cheese shop, pizzeria, restaurants, ski rentals, ski schools).The apartment is facing the Mont-Blanc mountain range with its balcony. It is MGM's finishing, has a bunk bedroom with an extra bed, a double bedroom and a sofa bed on the dining room.

The apartment has plenty of living space with two bedrooms, spacious lounge, kitchen, dining area.

The property is conveniently located near the bus stop, teleferique station and local shops. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and dining room. The views from the balcony of the Mont Blanc range are superb.

Super semaine de ski en famille dans ce sympathique appartement idéalement situé en face de la Télécabine de Bellevue, des arrêts de bus pour visiter la vallée et à proximité immédiate de commerces et restaurants. Le logement est très bien équipé : lave vaisselle, lave linge, TV, WiFi, appareil à raclette....

Bref, une très bonne adresse et un excellent accueil des propriétaires.

un appartement parfait pour un séjour au ski en famille. Nous avons passé une semaine avec nos 2 enfants. La situation est idéale : aux pieds du départ du téléphérique de Bellevue, à une station de navette de celui du Prarion, des commerces de proximité et le centre ville sont accessible à pieds. La station est très agréable pour skier en famille. L'immeuble est moderne et sécurisé. Le parking en sous-sol et le casier à skis sont accessibles très facilement. L'appartement est très bien équipé, agréable, aménagé avec goût et très propre. Mr et Mme Bernard sont des hôtes charmants. Les enfants ne disent plus "on va au ski", mais "on va aux Houches" ! à l'année prochaine !

Impeccable !! on y retournera les yeux fermés !!!

Avons séjourné 1 semaine dans ce logement et tout était parfait !!

Le logement est très agréable, un vrai petit nid, arrangé avec bcp de soins et de goût. Sa situation géographique est impeccable, et la région géniale pour le ski et/ou les promenades.

On a déjà réservé pour l'année prochaine !! N'hésitez pas à faire la même chose.
