Brightness', panoramic views of the mountains and the sunny town of Scuol, design and style are the hallmarks of this contemporary tower house, but taste very Engadine. The materials used for its recent construction, which ended in 2009, are in fact those of their tradition of this part low Engadine, Switzerland. The wood, which emits a soft and natural relaxing fragrance, the white walls and linearity 'of the architectural structures, attentive to detail. The decor and 'De Padua, Miele kitchen.

Ein wunderschönes Haus. Es ist sehr stilvoll und modern eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr sauber und man fühlt sich sehr schnell wohl und heimisch. Beeindruckend war auch die vorhandene Tiefgarage! Wir kommen sicher wieder einmal.

Schönes Haus

Wir empfehlen dieses Ferienhaus wärmstens weiter! Das moderne Haus bietet einen hohen Wohnkomfort und ist sehr gemütlich. Der grosse Wohn- Essbereich im obersten Stock mit Ausblick auf die Berge ist ein toller Aufenthaltsraum. Es hat absolut alles, was man braucht.

Sehr angenehm

Wir waren beeindruckt von der tollen und konsequenten Architektur. Die reduzierte Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und der Architektur angepasst. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles sehr sauber. Die Busstation ist 2 Minuten vom Haus, das Dorf auf Fussweg gut erreichbar, die Langlaufloipe ebenso wie der wunderschöne alte Teil von Scuol sott, wo auch der Volg, mit seinen regionalen Produkten, liegt. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen.

Scuol is located in the Lower Engadine, on the left side of the river Eno. Is 48 km from Davos, 59 km from Landeck, 61 km from Sankt Moritz and 104 km from Chur. It is served by the railway station of the Rhaetian Railway Scuol - Tarasp, Engadin railway terminus.

The highest point of the town is the summit of Piz Sesvenna (3205 m). Another important mountain is the Piz Lischana (3105 m above sea level).

22.65 km² of the municipality are included in the Swiss National Park.
