We live in northern California and love to escape to Pismo Beach whenever we can.
Rebecca Hudgins purchased this condo in 2000
When visiting our children in college at Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo, we fell in love with the beautiful central coast of California and decided it was the perfect place for our family get-away spot.
Pismo Beach offers the beauty of the Pacific Ocean without the crowds often experienced in southern California. The fun downtown shops and restaurants create a quaint beach town you will love.
Sorry for a late response, it's been so crazy recently. But I did want to
thank you for letting us use your condo for the weekend! It was great. The
beds were all so comfortable, there was plenty of room, and everything was
well decorated. We loved how clean it was and that we really felt like we
were at home. There were plenty of towels and kitchen supplies that made
our weekend run so smoothly. The only suggestion I would have is making
sure the guests know that the separate keys open different doors and you
cannot use the same key for both doors (the one entering the building and
the one for the actual room) as we learned this the hard way and almost got
locked out one night. Other than that, our stay was wonderful and I would
love to stay there again, or recommend it to others in the future.
My family and I stayed the weekend in this condo and it was a great mini vacation. The weather was actually comfortable enough to take the kids down to the beach to get a lil wet which was only a 4 minute walk. And everything is walking distance! Shops two blocks away, all down the streets, restaurants, coffee shops and a really nice clean home. We have young children, 2 and 4, and everything in the home was safe for them. No gates on the stairs, if that's a big problem for your little ones but over all great condo. Quite area, gated garage so your car is safe, kitchen with plenty of counter space and living room as well. I would totally come back to stay if we decide to visit again.
First impression....wonderful space for family, very clean, lots of furniture so that everyone could sit in living area. Great artwork. More than enough towels, beach towel and chairs. The kitchen was so well equipped with plenty of plates, silverware, pots, etc.....unlike majority of other condos we have rented. Teenagers loved the loft area as it was private for them...they also loved walking to the beach and shops. Secured parking a plus. The pictures on website are accurate but do not do justice to the comfort of this condo. Rosas Italian restaurant is next door--good food. Also enjoyed Rock and Roll Diner. I would certainly recommend this condo for couples or families. The owner and property managers easy to work with.
We were so happy the minute we opened the door to this clean and very well-maintained condo. Plentiful "beachy" furnishing so all could be in living area together, lovely artwork, enough towels and beach towels and beach chairs....Kitchen is FULLY furnished with more than adequate dishes for a large group. Our grandkids could safely walk to the beach and visit the shops nearby. Owner and property management provided great customer service..Big plus to have secured parking. Rosas Italian restaurant next door--good food! We would definitely recommend this property for couples and families!
This was an excellent choice for a guy's weekend of golf and fun. Walking distance to Pismo attractions and restaurants. Private secure parking was a plus. 3 levels of stairs, pleanty of space and a well-appointed kitchen. Not really a view, but only a couple of blocks to the beach and pier. Bedrooms were good and the day-bed on floor 3 comfortable. Furniture and rugs were sharp and clean---unit is well maintained and the rental organization quite helpful. This is an excellent condo for a family or two/three couple visit to the Central Calif Coast.
We were very happy with the property. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. We will most likely stay at this property in the future, and definitely recommend it to others.
Very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was plenty comfortable for our family, had everything we needed, and the location was perfect! Easy to find, close to downtown and beach, and affordable! It worked out beautifully and picking up/returning the keys, etc., was a breeze. It was nice to receive a phone call from the property management company to see how everything was going during our stay. Will definitely stay here again!
Surf or just relax at the beach just three blocks away. Sand dune ATV riding and rentals. Bicycle rentals. Deep sea fishing at nearby Avila Bay or Morro Bay. Explore San Luis Obsipo's historic mission, Farmer's Market every Thursday evening and quaint shops. See the Monarch butterfly grove in Pismo Beach. Soak in mineral springs. Hike Montana de Oro State Park. Golf at area courses. Shop the beach shops near the pier or premium outlets. Tour Hearst Castle about 50 miles away.
