Sleeps 4 In An Amazing Area!

The apartment has one spacious bedroom with a walk in closet and an office area, lit by beautiful full length patio doors to a light-well in the centre of the building, flooding the room with natural light. There are beautiful full length heavy drapes of course so the light doesn’t wake you up prematurely!!

Next to the bedroom is a bathroom which has a shower over the bath, beautifully tiled with sandstone mosaics. Fluffy towels of course come as standard.

The open plan living and dining area has all the facilities you could wish for including flat screen TV, WIFI and iPOD dock for playing your favourite play-lists. It also has a double futon giving the apartment the ability to sleep 4 if needed.

The kitchen is well equipped and is directly off the living area.

If you’re looking for central, convenient and quiet this is the apartment for you!

For more of an outdoor life, especially if you have children, Regent's Park is the largest grass area for sports in Central London and offers a wide variety of activities, as well as an Open Air Theatre, the London Zoo and many cafes and restaurants.

Great location and Great owner!!

I stayed for 5 days at this apt. The location was great. The apt looked like in the pictures.

The owner is very friendly and we had someone waiting for me at the check in.

Check out was easy and refund for security deposit was done immediately.

I had a great experience, and when I go back to London, will be looking forward to stay at this apt again.

Fantastic location, substandard apartment.

The location of this basement unit just off the Marylebone High Street is fantastic. Quick walk to several tube stations and Regents Park. Much quieter than the super busy streets of many other areas in Westminster. The problem is the apartment itself. It's a clean, decent basement unit but there are some serious issues. The most important thing for all to know is that NO ONE with any sort of physical disability should EVER consider this rental. For starters, the staircase (no elevator) down to the unit is narrow, steep and with small steps. Carrying luggage doesn't make it any easier.

The small bathroom offers the biggest problem, however. Someone has poorly designed an elevated bathtub/shower stall that requires an awkward step up and over a 2 feet (60 cm) sidewall. There is no handrail either. Stepping in, and out, of a wet bathtub from that height with nothing to grab onto is simply dangerous for many people.

The kitchen is small and basic, but functional. The large living room/dining room combo is fine, but could use a bigger TV.

The apartment is great for 2 or less healthy adults.

We are very open and honest about the apartment and if anyone does make us aware of any physical or health issues we are very descriptive in providing further details about the apartment and set up to identify whether or not this is the best choice for them. We have noted on the site that this is not suitable for people with disabilities Regarding the TV this is the first time we have had a comment regarding the size of the TV and more than happy to consider a larger option. We do appreciate the kitchen is basic but we do hope we covered most options to ensure you are able to cook a nice meal, if there is any other equipment you think may be useful please do let us know. As I am sure you can appreciate we do let this out on short lets / holidays and do try to think of and cover most things that people would require for a holiday or work stay, if however there are any other suggestions that may be useful to consider for future guests we would welcome your thoughts Thanks again and I wish to ensure you we do take all feedback into consideration Karen and Mark

good value for money

Very pleased with the layout, convenience to the village, comfortable bed, cleanliness, access to transport. The owner was very easy to deal with.improvement suggestion could be for the addition of a clothes dryer.

We have made a note regarding the dryer and as and when the machine needs replacing we will replace this with a washer / dryer. We are unable to buy a separate dryer just due to space Thanks again for your feedback and we do listen and try to make changes where possible We do hope you consider joining us again in the future

Lovely flat in a safe and quiet neighbourhood.

Thanks for the restaurant recommendations. We went to 2 places in Marleybone village and wasn't disappointed. The flat was clean and well maintained. The goodies left for our breakfast and snacks were a real treat - very thoughtful and much appreciated.

Well proportioned and comfortable

This is a large, comfortable flat. I enjoyed my stay; the location is just fantastic and the street is surprisingly peaceful given how close it is to Marylebone Road/Euston Rd. The flat is exceptionally well equipped. As a basement flat it does lack a bit of airflow on a hot day and perhaps worth noting that the bedroom has no window and the French doors are sealed shut. Entrance steps are very steep which could be a problem for anyone not steady on their feet. I have no hesitation in recommending the flat, it has all the mod cons, the bathroom is great with excellent shower, kitchen was well set out, sitting room nicely furnished and generously proportioned, and Karen is extremely efficient and very pleasant to deal with: never any issues at all with deposit return etc.

Fantastic apartment!!!

Wow, I've stayed in a few great rental apartments in London before, one of which was Mark the owner's other beautiful apartment in Covent Garden (839820) and this was great! The location is so central, one street away from Marylebone High Street which has great restaurants and shops and only a very short walk to Oxford street.

The apartment was light and spacious with very comfortable furniture and all the facilities myself, my husband and my baby needed to make my stay just perfect.

I'll definitely be back, thank you!

Marylebone (sometimes written St. Marylebone or Mary-le-bone) is an affluent, inner-city area of central London, located within the City of Westminster.

Marylebone is in an area of London that can be roughly defined as the area bounded by Oxford Street to the south, Marylebone Road to the north, Edgware Road to the west and Portland Place to the east. Occasionally, this area is designated as 'Marylebone Village'. A broader definition of Marylebone is then used, which encompasses Regent's Park, Baker Street and the area immediately north of Marylebone Road, containing Marylebone Station, the original site of the Marylebone Cricket Club at Dorset Square, and the neighbourhood known as Lisson Grove to the border with St John's Wood. The west side of the Fitzrovia area up to Cleveland Street was also previously considered to be part of Marylebone.

Today the area is mostly residential, with many medical and dental offices in its central area.
