Thanks so much. The cabin was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. We'll definitely be booking it again in the future as well as referring it to friends & family.

We stayed at the cabin for a weekend in early Nov 2016 and had a great time. The cabin was very cute, clean, quiet, and accommodating. Nestled on the mountainside without neighbors right on top of you, we would recommend this cabin to anyone and hope to book again next year! Our stay was during the fires in 2016, so the owner was very helpful in finding out whether or not our stay was safe and if there were evacuations in the area before we arrived – very helpful (thank you!).
My family stayed at this cabin just this past weekend. It was very spacious for our family of 4 plus my 11 month old grandson. Cabin was fully stocked with everything we needed. We loved sitting out on either of the two decks in the morning and evening. Bathrooms were nice and roomy. Will for sure be back again :-)
I was very pleased with the condition of the unit, nestled in the woods, perfect for a weekend getaway! Very near downtown Maggie Valley.
The cabin was just how it was listed. It was clean and well maintained. The view was great from the porch areas. We had a party of 6 adults and there was ample room for everyone. It was well stocked with everything we needed. The owners responded immediately when I text ed them about an in coming snow storm and was asking advice. The location was great in Maggie Valley. We will definitely use them again on our next trip. I was very satisfied for the price.
Almost Heaven is a cute cabin, conviently located with a nice view; however, the condition put a damper on our vacation....literally. The downstairs had a horrible musty odor and damp feel, the kitchen floor was dirty with loose dirt and needed to be scrubbed. The kitchen table had something sticky spilled on it, the trash can in the kitchen had not been emptied from the previous guest, there were nut shells and mouse droppings in the corner cabinet where the pots were stored. Upon leaving, the instructions were to place a load of towels in the washer and turn it on, but there was no detergent, so we bought some ane left it for the next guests. A clean fee is included in the rental, but we left the cabin cleaner that when we arrived. Disappointing stay and we will not return.
We stayed for 8 nights, love the room, there was alot of space in the home.the only trouble we had were having a baby the stairs where not a good idea, the internet, kept going off and on,the whole time there, and only having a tv with channels in the living room was a little hard.but other then that it was great.
Now going to Maggie valley in march,NOT a good idea, everything was close, most food places, gem mines, everything,we were bored a lot of the trip but it wasn't the cabin fault :)
note-IMO, the drive WAS NOT scary, the drive up the mountain was great, didn't feel like we were going to fall off.
Loved THAT papa johns pizza deliver up there( for us 3 times)
would go back again, the owners were great. Thanks for the wonderful cabin, will tell others, and might book again next year.
