Guestbook comments from the owner

We stayed at the cabin for a weekend in early Nov 2016 and had a great time. The cabin was very cute, clean, quiet, and accommodating. Nestled on the mountainside without neighbors right on top of you, we would recommend this cabin to anyone and hope to book again next year! Our stay was during the fires in 2016, so the owner was very helpful in finding out whether or not our stay was safe and if there were evacuations in the area before we arrived – very helpful (thank you!).

My family of 9 loved the stay

  • 4 of 5

We stayed for 8 nights, love the room, there was alot of space in the home.the only trouble we had were having a baby the stairs where not a good idea, the internet, kept going off and on,the whole time there, and only having a tv with channels in the living room was a little hard.but other then that it was great.

Now going to Maggie valley in march,NOT a good idea, everything was close, most food places, gem mines, everything,we were bored a lot of the trip but it wasn't the cabin fault :)

note-IMO, the drive WAS NOT scary, the drive up the mountain was great, didn't feel like we were going to fall off.

Loved THAT papa johns pizza deliver up there( for us 3 times)

would go back again, the owners were great. Thanks for the wonderful cabin, will tell others, and might book again next year.
