Newly remodeled private unit with large viewing deck.
We are a local couple who grew up in San Diego. We recently purchased the property to live in the main house and are loving living in Bay Park with all it has to offer.
Erin purchased this Guest House in 2017

Great stay but we don’t want everyone to know!
The property owners are super accommodating. The unit is well stocked with anything you could need for an SD vacation. Great restaurants nearby and tons to do. Yes there is some freeway noise but it becomes white noise after awhile. AC works well in the late afternoon heat. We will be staying here again for sure on our next SD stay. Way better than a hotel!
Great place to stay!
It was close to everything .
My husband and I stayed here for our mini San Diego baby-moon. It was the perfect size for us 2. Everything was very clean and I really appreciated the little details like the tooth brush (since my husband forgot his), flavored creamer for the coffee, and beach chairs. The location was centralized for what we were there for. The beach and downtown is less than a 15 minute drive away. There was a warning about the noise from the highway but that didn’t bother us at all. I will definitely want to stay here when I visit San Diego again.
My favorite little VRBO in San Diego
This was my second stay at this lovely little place as well as my second 5 star review of it. My daughter lives a short distance away and while there are closer rentals to her, this one has become my go-to. I own a VRBO in NH myself, so I tend to be a bit more discriminating than the average bear. The place is spotlessly clean, and well laid out. It’s small but don’t let that fool you...everything you need for a comfortable stay is there. Seriously, the owners thought of absolutely everything and make the most efficient use of the space there. Since they are on the property, in a house right across the yard, they are there if you need anything and are very kind and attentive. All in all if I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. Thank you Trevor and Erin for another great visit to your little gem of a rental. Hope to see you next year!!!
a very quick trip to visit my daughter
Now one of my favorite places to stay in San Diego! This little guest house was thoughtfully designed to make each space feel large and open. Up high and near the trees where the birds were singing in the morning, holding a cup of tea, I was so relaxed I wanted to stay much longer. All amenities I could possibly have needed had already been carefully anticipated and were easily accessible. And the bed was perfect! Thank you Erin & Trevor. I hope to be back again soon.
Couldn't have been better!
My husband and I stayed here and absolutely loved the place! Erin was an amazing host. Even though she was out of town she was quick to respond when I text her. The home is beautiful - light and airy. Erin took great care in anticipating any need you might have. In the kitchen, there are plates, bowls, utensils, tupperware, a cutting board, spices, salt, pepper, etc. The bathroom is stocked with a magnifying mirror, flat iron, blow dryer, soap, wipes, etc. The deck is spacious and quiet. The home is in a nice neighborhood close to everything. If you are a runner or walker, Mission Bay is just on the other side of the freeway - it took us about three minutes to drive there in the morning. The neighborhood is also a good choice for an early morning run. During our stay we went to La Jolla, Coronado Island, Belmont Park, Seaport Village, Little Italy and the Gaslamp Quarter. It took on average 10 minutes to get to these locations, give or take a minute or two. Another plus is there is a Starbucks and Sprouts right down the street. (For those who don't know what Sprouts is, it's similar to a Fresh Thyme or a smaller version of Whole Foods.) We would recommend anyone to stay here! You will not be disappointed!!!
