Hi Welcome to " Bonnie’s Beach House.” Please, come right in and see my beautiful home. I have made it comfortable and homey just for you and your family and guests. I want my home to feel just like your home away from home.

This gorgeous property has been recently renovated by a professional decorator with fabulous finishing and accessories just for you. Everyone loves it and i know you will too


The villa is centrally located near Road Town and West end beaches. It is is set in a park like atmosphere with lovely palm trees and gardens in a lush tropical setting fronting the sea. Bonnie’s Beach House has sprawling wrap around terraces with Alfresco dining and a a barbecue grill. There are chaise lounges for your pleasure. Kayak, swim and snorkel from our beach. Be amazed by the sunsets, moon and the stars at night.

The villa is set 30 feet from the sea and extremely private. Be lulled to sleep by the sound of waves. See incredible views of St. John, Frenchman's Cay, Soper's Hole, and the 'Three Sister Mountains.

When you enter my amazing spacious villa, you immediately come in to a fabulous great room with intense views of the sea and surrounding Islands. Your breath will be taken away. Everywhere you look you will be amazed by the sea views that mesmerize you. In the great room there is a large welcoming seating area that is enough to accommodate everybody in comfort. There is a queen-sofa bed, flat-screen,Apple TV; and wifi. I have provided you with a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, so you have everything you need for cooking your favorite dishes. A Lovely dinning area facing the sea that seats 6 is just perfect. My home is comfortable and fabulous!!

There are 3 bedrooms with beautiful linens and comfortable beds. An inviting master-bedroom fronts the sea with a four-poster king-bed and oriental cabinet with mesmerizing views of the sea as soon as you enter. At the western side of the property, an intimate queen-size bedroom has its own open terrace/patio with table & chairs to view the starlight. The queen-bed suite has its own en-suite bath. An adjacent third bedroom is located with pretty views of the entrance garden..

Bathrooms are have rain-head showers. All bedrooms have air-conditioning and are beautifully decorated with art.

There is a circular driveway and ample parking all on flat land (easy access).

Housekeeping provided once a week in the rental. If client wishes more frequent house keeping, this can be provided at an extra charge.

A beautiful villa, and a great location!

We had a wonderful time on Tortola, and such a pleasant stay here. The house is in such a great location, close to west end and right on the water. The house is wonderful, so bright, and open and charming, a really great value for money in my opinion. Our host Bonnie was also very helpful and knowledgable about the area, pointing us to all sorts of neat spots around the island. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a relaxed 3 bedroom rental on the water.

Peaceful Serenity!

We have been visiting Tortola for years and so happy we found this wonderful slice of Tortola! Right on the water, so no winding hills to navigate and plenty of room to park our car. The house was spacious and welcoming with a great access to the water. We had no problems with internet access, which can be a problem on Tortola. Kitchen was well stocked and our hostess was always available if we needed anything. Only minutes away from Soper's Hole and Long Bay and easy access to town. We hated to leave and will definitely enjoy returning soon!

Magical Mongoose

We had such a great vacation week in Tortola! Our getaway villa was just perfect. Mongoose Manor is a beautiful private property. Airy and spacious with a water view to to die for. Our host was awesome, guiding us to all the right spots in order to explore the island to it's fullest. Can't wait to visit again.

We are conveniently located 2 doors east of Fort Recovery, West End on the water on a private beach. 20 minutes to Road Town, 10 minutes to Nanny Cay and 5 minutes to Sopers Hole (grocery store here) plus numerous good dining restaurants.

20 minutes to Cane Garden Bay and less than 10 minutes to Long Bay & Smugglers Cove beaches.
