For most of the year we live in Hawaii and during that time we like to rent out our beautiful light and spacious 2 bedroom maisonette, which is available for weekly rental in the heart of charming and picturesque Primrose Hill village in London. We find that its private and quiet location - whilst having direct access to all that London has to offer - is proving to be a real oasis in bustling Central London.

Our property is only a minute walk from a multitude of charming local shops, gastro-pubs, cafés and restaurants on England’s Lane and Primrose Hill Road. Even the bi-weekly Organic Farmer’s Market is just a stone’s throw away. The affluent and fashionable neighbourhood of Primrose Hill and Hampstead has an impressive historical track record. The location is very green and quiet, yet the bus, the Tube (underground) and taxis are all very easy accessible.

My husband, 2 sons (14 and 9) and I stayed here for a week. It was just what I had hoped it would be from reading the listing. The location was perfect, on a quiet street but not far from anything. It made for a great base for exploring London - close to the tube but also lots to do within a short walk --- parks, neighborhoods, shopping. The flat itself was clean, very comfortable, and gave us enough space to stretch out a bit. Fully equipped kitchen, and the washer/dryer was really welcome. Anouk was very helpful and easy to reach both before and during our stay. This was so much better than staying at a hotel !

Recommended for: Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

  • The bathrooms are light, freshly painted and tiled. The separate toilet has been recently remodelled and features granite tiling and a contemporary high quality toilet.

Lovely, comfortable and flat.

The flat was absolutely lovely and well stocked with all our basic needs. The rooms were really comfortable and the appliances were great. The flat was also really well situated, only a few mins away from the tube station and Primrose hill. The hostess was very communicative and welcoming. We loved staying in here and would certainly want to stay here again.

Quiet flat in beautiful Primrose Hill

My wife, daughter, and I stayed at this flat for 9 nights in April 2014 and recommend it without reservations. The pictures on the site reflect the flat's furnishings and layout accurately; it's a two-level space, with both bedrooms and baths upstairs. The flat was very clean and well-maintained. The neighborhood is very quiet and equidistant between Swiss Cottage (Jubilee line) and Chalk Farm (Northern line)--either way, it's a 10-minute stroll. A fifteen-minute tube ride will take you to central London. For those keen on walking, it's entirely feasible to walk to Marylebone High Street via Primrose Hill and Regent's Parks. Very pleasant! A TESCO supermarket is a 5-minute walk around the corner and there a few restaurants around the corner on England's Lane (although better options can be found in Belsize Park, around the tube stop, which is a 15-minute walk, or on Regent's Park Road, a 10-minute walk away). This maisonette is ideal for families with up to two kids who prefer immersion in a neighborhood to staying in a hotel. Anouk made our stay there very comfortable indeed: she was responsive to emails prior to arrival; met us at the flat when we arrived in London (a quick call to her cell phone was all it took); provided excellent information about the neighborhood; and made us feel welcome overall. I would recommend the flat without hesitation to any travelers who enjoy being self-sufficient while abroad and who don't mind walking a bit (you also have to be able to navigate stairs leading up to the apartment--no elevator--and up to the second level within it).

- Seven minute walk to the famous Primrose Hill Park, which connects directly to Regents Park (which connects to South Kensington, Knightsbridge, Harrods, etc).

- Five minute walk to Swiss Cottage Tube Station. and seven minute walk to Belsize Park Station

- Ten minutes Tube ride to Bond Street, Oxford Street, Piccadilly Square, Covent Garden (National Gallery, Tate Modern, Royal Opera House).

This property is rented by us, the owners. Our other residence is in Hawaii, however we do like to spend time in London during few months out of the year. This is also our home and we treat it as such - a special place with all the amenities and comforts that one would like. This means that you will experience an extra level of care, attention to detail and charm during your stay.

Location: Central London at your doorstep.

Tranquil: Get your well needed rest after exploring all London has to offer in the quiet, friendly neighbourhood of Primrose Hill.
