The apartment is in a building built in 2005 as one of the most beautiful and exclusive of Calpe, modern and of excellent quality.

Your environment is privileged, in the Playa de la Fossa and beside the Natural Park of Penon de Ifach, so that from every room of the apartment has views of sea and rock.

Its orientation is north, east and south, with all its external and independent stays.

It has 120 square meters spread over an outdoor terrace of 27 square meters, separate lounge, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The terrace of 27 square meters has installed a transparent glass enclosure, without profiles, and hinged on both sides, allowing its full opening. Thus it can be used every day of the year regardless of weather conditions.

In the classroom, on the set of furniture, sofa-bed 135 when required.

The master bedroom also has direct access to the terrace, and an ensuite bathroom.

Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and fully dressed.

It is equipped with quality furnishings and everything you need for comfortable stay of up to six people, dishwasher and all the small and large appliances you might need.

Throughout the house hot and cold air conditioning installation in internal passages of the structure.

In the apartment WIFI broadband connection.

It has closed garage in the basement of the building with an elevator from it.

As common elements, pool facing the sea and its environment, and the community hall.

The building has a doorman with housing in it.

The building has two entrances, one in the Denia street that connects directly to the Natural Park of Penon de Ifach and the other by the Castellón flat street that leads to the beach and boardwalk fossa. The whole environment is accessible.

On the waterfront there are varieties of restaurants and shops and ice cream parlors. In the summer months, no cinema on the beach of the fossa, one day a week.

Lovely apartment very conveniently placed for us

As previous, lovely clean apartment which served us very well for our weeks holiday. Ideal location for us between the two beaches. The balcony glass was put into good use on one very wet and windy day but he rest it was open and allowed perfect access to outside.

A beautiful apartment that is well appointed.

We spent January and February in this apartment avoiding the UK winter! It was wonderful, the apartment is ideally situated for both beaches and the port, giving us a choice of different walks. We had everything that we needed in the apartment and we are looking forwards to returning next year.

Well situated appartment close to beach and restaurants

A good holiday, nice convenient appartment. Pleasant walk into Calpe proper - excellent beaches. The air conditioning was appreciated after a noisy night with the windows open - our fault as we should have anticipated a problem being so close to the beach front.

Beautiful Apartment

My wife and I have just returned from Maria's apartment and I have to say it was a beautiful apartment in a great location, with very easy access to both beaches one being only 1 minute from the gate. Everything is catered for in the apt which was spotlessly clean and tidy. the underground car parking was very welcome as it was easy to use and no need to leave the hire care on the street. Plenty of excellent places to eat and drink nearby. The old town of Calpe is 40mins walk along the promenade or there is ample buses costing us just 3euro or the town train. the weather was lovely so the walk was very nice.

The owner supplied everything we needed and answered questions quickly and completely. I would definitely recommend this apt to anyone and will more than likely ask to use it again ourselves. Whilst there were lovely restaurants in the old town we have used before there were more that we didn't have time to try on the apt side of the rock in fact the No1 Restaurant according to trip advisor La Toka is only 20mins walk away at the end of the beach.

Thank you for letting us have the use of the apt it made our holiday..

The apartment is located between the Mediterranean Sea and the Natural Park of Penon de Ifach that can be visited daily and whose rise gives us the opportunity to enjoy wonderful views of the Bay of Calpe, where water, vegetation and rock are combined in perfect harmony

The "Rock of Ifach" symbol of the Costa Blanca, stands at sea and limestone of about 50 000 m2 to 332 m. high and one kilometer long. Joined to the mainland by a narrow isthmus, is the result of a landslide from the nearby "Sierra de Oltà" constitute one of the most unique landforms and beauty not only of Valencia but throughout the Mediterranean coast.

On both sides of Ifach sandy beaches and clear waters are opened: the "Levante" or "La Fossa" towards the north, those of "Cantal Roig 'and' Arenal-Bol" to the South, with the "Morro Toix "shapes the bay of Calpe.

At his feet are the Real Club Náutico Calpe and fishing port, where daily catch your precious fishing fleet is received.

It is also a meeting point for climbers and divers from around the world who assert their resistance in continuous challenge to nature for their walls and depths.

The town of Calpe offers visitors to delve into a variety of places through different routes. While visiting the Natural Park of Penon de Ifach is one of the most popular, you can also walk along the sea promenades; discover the archaeological remains of a Roman villa and the Baths of the Queen; see buildings of architect Ricardo Bofill and the spectacular views from La Manzanera and Morro de Toix; or hiking in the mountains of Oltà. Moreover, from Calpe can make excursions to other sights of the interior or the coast.

Watersport enthusiasts know they have a real paradise in Calpe. Calpe offers, within 10 minutes away from the town center five yacht clubs and marinas with a total of 1. 250 moorings and the possibility of numerous activities.
