Exceptional views will greet you right as you open the door to this newly remodeled unit. Unlike other condominiums or hotels, this is a direct view of the ocean, no angles or peek-a-boo views. You can not get any closer to the ocean unless you want to get wet.
In the evening enjoy the beautiful reflection of the moonlight and stars on the ocean, as you lay in bed and listen to the calming sound of the ocean. This is the best therapy in the world! This unit accommodates up to four people.
Currently staying at Menehune Shores with two couples. No air needed as the windows bring in all the breeze you need. Kitchen is well equipped, just need the stop at Costco on your way to the Condo. BBQ on the roof top and outside the pool area are great areas to meet other travellers., nice views on the roof for whale watching. Great location to jump on boating trips, shopping, bars, restaurants. The views outside the lanai are million dollar. Management /owners are great to work with and have a personal touch. The interior is nicely decorated with island theme and beds comfy, and about all you might run out of is toilet paper.
Perfect place to stay. Always loved the Kihei side and always stayed at the Menehune Shores, the unit is amazing. Oceanfront and view of mountains. Loved waking up to the sound of the ocean. My parents first time in Maui and their favorite part was sitting out on the lanai, especially for breakfast.
Laylia was very accommodating and property management made sure that everything was in working condition. Highly recommended and will definitely return. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home.
We were so lucky to find this condo on our first trip to Hawaii! Right in the water, on a less-crowded beach, family friendly and centrally located for exploring! The condo was welcoming, clean and had everything a family of 3 (with a pre- teen) could need, including privacy.
My husband and I spent a week in this wonderful condo. It was so close to the beach and in a quiet part of Kihei. The condo has everything you need for your stay. Lots of beach towels, kitchen supplies, paper products,
etc. The view was just beautiful. Loved the pool and it was never very crowded. Saw sea turtles in the ancient fish pond right out front and were able to walk right up to them, as they were on the sea wall. Loved being in a less congested part of Kihei, but still minutes away from great restaurants and beaches. Loved being so close to the ocean. Great sunsets from the lanai. Michael was great to work with and gave us tons of information on great restaurants, beaches, etc. Would love to come back again.
This is the ONE! We liked this unit because we could sit on the lanai and not get baked by the sun, but enjoy the amazing view! The view is off the hook, we saw tons of whales during our stay & we loved watching the kite surfers in the afternoons sometimes is up to his many as 30 in the surf. This condo is centrally located on the island, and was very comfortable had all the amenities you need. The rooftop barbecue area was a fun place to socialize in the evening while cooking, the pool was never crowded. The Indian restaurant had the most beautiful view, the food was good too. The owners where so easy to work with!! I can't wait to come back to 309. It was fantastic!!!
We are finishing up our three-week stay here and couldn't be happier! Michael and Laylia's condo here at Menehune Shores is A-1! Right on the beach with a gorgeous view, beautifully decorated and thoroughly equipped. Because we were staying so long we added to some of the supplies (TP, paper towels, laundry soap, etc) but for a short stay that wouldn't be necessary. Our daughter and granddaughter also joined us for part of the time and they enjoyed the condo and it's location to all things Maui. My husband loved the Indian restaurant on-site and we enjoyed the music on Thursdays and Fridays...the condo's lanai is right above the open-air dining area, so the aromas and music drift right up thru the lattice-work ceiling of the restaurant. The Kings Pond in front of the condo is excellent fun for non-swimmers to get in the "ocean". It's protected from the wave surge by a rock wall and is mostly shallow...waist deep. The locals also really seem to enjoy it although it doesn't get too crowded. The pool at the condo is well maintained and cared for by on-site staff who are very friendly. All in all a wonderful place to spend three weeks in Paradise! Will definitely recommend this place to our friends! Mahalo Mike and Laylia!
