This cozy and romantic 65 square meters apartment is located on the top floor of an ancient building in the heart of Trastevere. The flat is bright and elegant and has been furnished with distinctive refinements: the cotto tiles floor, the beam ceiling and the fireplace create a warm atmosphere. It comprises a large living room with dining area and sofa bed for two, a fully-equipped kitchen, a comfortable double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. There is also a small balcony. The apartment, even though is located in the heart of Trastevere, is very quiet. The modern furnishing is perfectly combined with the classic style of the environment. This charming accommodation combined with its peculiar location makes it the ideal choice for your holiday.

Great location and a great space....
Rafael greeted us in front of the unit and after a few flights of steps we were in our new home for three nights. The location is great with a lot of places to eat and drink. Market is close by. We are in Florence now and miss the place already. If you have any hesitation rest assured this is the place to stay when in Rome.
Great location to walk to major sites. Only negative comment - we had to go out and purchase our own paper products. Otherwise it worked fine for three days. Neighborhood is rocking! You might close the windows to keep the night noise down. Local restaurants were great.
Perfect location in the coolest neighborhood in Rome
My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon (stop 3 of 3) and we loved it. If you are looking for a posh hotel experience, look elsewhere. If you are looking to be immersed in one of the coolest neighborhoods in Rome, this is it. We are both 30 and love traveling, and typically stay in VRBOs/AirBnBs when we travel. Trastevere has some of the coolest restaurants, pubs and cafes in the city. After a week+ of drinking great wine, it was nice to have a cold beer at one of two of the best brew pubs I've been to in Italy. The only negative was the bathroom could use some work (shower head leaked and that affected the pressure) but this was by no means a deal breaker. Check-in and check-out was a breeze and Emmanuel gave us some great local (non-touristy) recommendations. Apartment is very spacious and the bed is very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Side note: if you are looking for leather goods, walk to T Noble across the bridge, you won't regret it.
Lovely cozy apartment in the middle of Trastevere
Lovely and cozy apartment on a very nice spot in Roma.
Nice living, nice bedroom, sweet little kitchen and a small terrace so it's possible to sit outside. Only the bathroom wasn't that good.... But that didn't stop us from having a real good time in the apartment. I can highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a nice place to stay in Trastevere!!
Great location, great management, great apartment
This apartment had everything we needed. Appliances were easy to use and an instruction booklet answered any questions we had. The location was perfect! It is in the middle of the Trastavere area of Rome. Amazing restaurants, shops and gelato nearby. There is a guided tour of the area. Its in a busy location but we didn't hear any noise once inside the apartment. The management company/representative, Olga, is the best! Upon checking us in she gave us recommendations for restaurants and things to do. They were spot on every time! On the day of check out, we had some issues with our travel arrangements (our fault) and Olga helped us change our transportation to the airport as well as give extra time until we had to leave to catch our flight. Her help made a chaotic situation tolerable. She's the best.
Nice little place
Bathroom leaves something to be desired, but it is a great place within walking distance to pretty much everything in tourist rome.
While Rome seduces with its extraordinary monuments, Trastevere captures the traveler's heart. It is the most authentic and characteristic District within the Historic Center, the perfect place to glimpse the old world while enjoying the lifestyle of today's Romans. Often described as Bohemian, Trastevere maintains its character thanks to the old, narrow, winding, cobblestone streets. Homes decorated with flower boxes and clinging ivy interlace with coffee bars, restaurants, and one-of-a-kind boutiques.
The apartment is located in one of those small streets, next to the river and few meters away from the Tiberina Island. Thanks to its strategic location, you can reach within walking distance many astonishing places such as Campo de Fiori, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, the Imperial Forum, the Coliseum and the Spanish Steps. Following the river Tiber for 15 minutes you may reach the Vatican and the Sistine Chapel. Passing through this magical place, senses are pleasantly awakened with every step.
