A lot of charm and tranquility near the port of Trinité sur Mer, Carnac and all the beaches.

The house, built in 2006, is located in the beautiful unspoilt hamlet of Kervinio-Kerousse, both calm and alive, straddling the municipalities of Trinidad / sea and Carnac. In dead, spared by the passing cars, instead of horse riding, walking, or cycling, the hamlet n 'is however that in 1400 the beautiful deemed MEN beach DU and therefore only minutes from all the beaches Carnac and Trinité / Mer.

Opportunity to reach Carnac beaches, Carnac city, and

 the port of La Trinité, on foot or by bike, through pretty country trails.

The house is very clear and the terrace, facing South / South-West, allows a beautiful unobstructed view of the meadows bordering the garden, to the mound of Carnac. We take very easily to the sunny terrace, late in the season and beautiful sunsets. We often take our meals.

The house is well maintained and we regularly come with our children, parents and grandchildren. Every year we make some improvements to make it more functional.

Multiple activities nearby can satisfy all ages, from the smallest to the oldest,

This is a really great place if you are looking for calm, while benefiting from the proximity of Carnac, Trinité sur Mer and all beaches.

Sheets are provided but you must take your towels and beach towels.

Stilvolles Haus in absolut ruhiger Lage

Wir haben im Juni 2017 zwei Wochen in der Trinite verbracht. Das war nicht unser erster Urlaub in der Bretagne, aber noch nie haben wir ein solch schönes Haus gemietet. Die hellen Räumlichkeiten sind stilvoll eingerichtet, jedes Zimmer ist in einer anderen Farbe gehalten und liebevoll dekoriert. Auch die Einrichtung mit alten Holzmöbeln und vielen Bildern wirkte sehr autentisch und persönlich. Die Sauberkeit ließ ebenfalls nichts zu wünschen übrig.

Der Garten ist gepflegt, wir hatten oft die Gelegenheit auf der Terasse zu essen, allerdings liegt diese morgens im Schatten. Der Weg zum Parkplatz am Ende des Grundstücks erwies sich für unser großes Auto als zu eng, dafür gab es auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite eine prima Parkmöglichkeit. Der Kontakt zur Besitzerin war sehr sympathisch und Anfragen per e-mail wurden umgehend beantwortet. Das war sicher nicht unser letzter Besuch, wir kommen gerne wieder.
