Juniper Villa is a wonderfully furnished 3-bed holiday home tucked away in the popular St Christopher's Village development just on the edge of Anafotida village approx 15km from Larnaca airport. The villa is only 400m-500m from the local supermarket, charming tavernas and bars in the village itself and a short drive to Mazotos or Anglisides where there is a wider selection of shops, supermarket, pharmacy, bars, restaurants and beaches.
The villa is modern and stylish with 3 en-suite Bedrooms (2 Doubles and 1 Twin) and 1 Sofa-Bed. So it can sleep up to 8 guests if they don't mind sleeping in the lounge area. We also have cot-beds for infants with all the babies bed linen, so can sleep your young children comfortably. The villa also benefits from a private swimming pool which the kids (and grown up kids!) will love. No expense has been spared on the stylish furniture and interiors to make sure you have all the luxuries you need for an enjoyable stay including WiFi. We also have a range of indoor and outdoor toys/inflatables for the children and a selection of DVDs for both adults and children.
All of the 3 bedrooms at Juniper Villa have their own en-suite facilities. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor with an en-suite shower room. The other 2 bedrooms are upstairs. The twin bedroom is located at the front of the property and has an en-suite shower room and plenty of storage space and cupboards. All the bedrooms at the villa have tons of storage space and wardrobes! The master bedroom at the rear has an en-suite bathroom and a large balcony where you can sit and relax taking in the wonderful scenery around you whilst watching the children having fun in the pool below. Here you also can sit first thing in the morning enjoying your coffee, reading a few pages from a book whilst listening to the birds waiting for the rest of your family to surface!
Downstairs is designed to maximise space and openess by incorporating a large, light and airy open-plan living area (lounge/diner) and a modern fully equipped kitchen. There is also a handy additional downstairs toilet. As mentioned previously - the 3rd double bedroom is downstairs with an en-suite shower room and plenty of wardrobe/storage space.
Patio doors lead you out of the open-plan lounge/dining area to the terrace and garden/pool area where you can jump in the pool and cool off from the heat of the Cyprus sun, or sit and relax reading a book on our sun loungers. We have a large table and chairs with a parasol for you to enjoy eating breakfast/lunch or dinner al-fresco!

Larnaca is the closest airport.
Most UK airports fly to Cyprus. Larnaca airport is the closest to Juniper Villa (approx. 15-20 minutes away). You could also fly in to Paphos airport but please be aware that this is further away and would take about 1½ hours to get to the villa by car.
There are a whole host of car hire companies to choose from. We point out the best ones in our info pack, so make sure you check these out when we reply to your enquiry. We even give you the links to their web sites to save you looking them all up! A car would be recommended here at Anafotida to enable you to make the most of the area and all it has to offer.
If you would rather have a taxi collect you from Larnaca airport, I can book this for you with the firm I have used for many years. They are very reliable and have never let me down. These pre-booked taxis are generally cheaper than jumping in a taxi that's outside the airport. Our driver meets you as you exit the arrivals hall - holding a sign with your name on and takes you straight to the villa.

ANAFOTIDA - the villa is only 200-300m from Anafotida, a traditional Cypriot village which is mainly agricultural, with tomatoes being a dominant crop. The village has seen a huge make-over of late with massive investment in its infrastructure. A charming new village square has been created with new lighting and pedestrianized areas with all the new paving extending outwards from the village centre. It is well worth a wander with a “refreshment” stop in one of the local bars or try a Meze in the popular Café Aman where Andreas and his wife will welcome you with open arms! There are 4 churches, 4 cafés (1 is a restaurant), a really good little village supermarket for all the essentials, a bank (no ATM though), a barber shop, a small hairdresser's and a garage.
ANGLISIDES - is about 3km from Anafotida and is slightly bigger with a number of cafés, 2 banks with ATMs, a lovely bakers and a great butchers shop opposite. There are 2 small garden centres and it also has 2 supermarkets with good supplies to save you going in to Larnaca.
MAZOTOS - located about twelve miles south-west of Larnaca town and 5-10 mins from the villa, is a traditional Cypriot village, again, primarily of agricultural nature with an abundance of Olive groves to be found in the surrounding area. Whist the village proper is somewhat set back from the coast, a few restaurants and even the Camel Park which is a very popular local tourist attraction (great for adults and kids alike), can be found closer to the seafront. The beach at Mazotos is only 10-15 minutes away where you'll see many people walking along the scenic walkway, fishing or sunbathing. The beach here at Mazotos now has a funky beach bar with sunbeds, tables, chairs etc. and a bit further along is the new Kite Surf school where some of our guests have had surfing lessons. There’s also another little gem of a local beach that we’ve recently found; not far from the villa at “Secret Paradise of Alaminos”. It’s well worth a visit and is very clean and tidy with good food and has been recommended by our guests.
If you're looking for something a little livelier than Anafotida, Anglisides and Mazotos, then LARNACA, with its vibrant nightlife, is only a 20-25 minute drive away. Alternatively, you could go in to LIMASSOL, which is slightly further along the coast in the opposite direction (approx 30 mins away). As with Larnaca, Limassol has a very varied and vibrant night-life being a popular tourist resort for many years and has a popular Water Park.
AGIA NAPA, PROTARAS and PERNERA are about a 45 minute drive along the A3 motorway from the villa. Here you'll find a multitude of attractions, beaches, bars, discos and restaurants. At Agia Napa you can also enjoy the fantastic Water Word Waterpark.
TROODOS MOUNTAINS - Located in the heart of Cyprus, the locals have christened the mountains a “Walker's Paradise” due to the vast array of fabulous trails. But there's no shortage of sporting activities for the energetic amongst you from skiing in the winter to paragliding, mountain bike riding, hiking, running and even rock climbing! There's also a multitude of sightseeing excursions in the Troodos Mountains. Take your pick from Byzantine Cypriot churches to the wine producing villages on the southern Troodos hills. Visit the Venetian Bridges near Tres Elias village or the village of Fini where you can buy some local handmade pottery. Or go and see the monks at the Kykkos Monastery. SKIING IN THE TROODOS MOUNTAINS - Skiing is usually available in the winter months from the beginning of January to the end of March. There are 5 slopes and 4 lifts (Hera, Aphrodite, Hermes and Zeus) and runs vary in ability for beginners through to advanced and they even offer routes for cross country skiers. You can hire equipment at the Cyprus Ski Club “ski shop”. Get there early though, as, on a busy weekend, the best equipment goes very fast!

The villa is rented on a weekly basis and prices are in £GB Pounds Sterling per week for the villa, regardless of the number of guests staying. We accept payment by cheque, direct bank transfer (in either £GB Pounds Sterling or €Euros) or credit card (via PayPal – additional fees apply). The rental fee is due to be paid 8-weeks prior to your arrival date.
