A beautiful modern house of 240 sqm on the heights of St Pantaleon de Larche. Exceptional views of the valley and the village. 4000 sq ft, heated infinity pool 13 x 6 meters. Pool house fully equipped summer kitchen with gas cooker + plancha + MO + sink + fridge freezer + 1 large bar. 1 cloakroom with WC + shower.

2 Bedrooms with private bathroom (including 1 equipped with a large dressing room) and 2 other rooms (children) with shared bathroom. A kitchen and a large living room that opens onto a large covered terrace. Very well located for visiting the Dordogne and its 1000 castles, Sarlat and the magnificent caves of Lascaux, and all different prehistoric sites. Corrèze and its beautiful villages such as Collonges red, Travassac and slate, Turenne. Lot 15kms where you will visit Rocamadour and its forest monkeys, Padirac and the numerous caves nearby. St Pantaleon is 3 kms from Brive la Gaillarde, 7 kms from the Dordogne border and 15 km from the Lot border. You can walk down to the village where you will find a Useful shop, a small casino, 1 gas station, 1 bakery, 1 pharmacy, 2 restaurants, 1 butcher, two hairdressers, post office, a bank with cash. You can go on foot sport football field or tennis courts. If you want your vehicle to the garage will remain throughout your stay. At the bottom of the field you can pick daily farm eggs (6 hens). You can taste the excellent gastronomy of the region of 3 departments and specialties.

High quality property, stunning views & pool. Not a tourist area. Brush up your french!

An impressive property, built to high modern spec. with a rural quiet location on the edge of the village. Perfect for summer holiday by the pool, with pool bar etc. Very 'French' area: inscrutable shopping hours, only French speaking, etc. (Challenging for overseas visitors). Good bakery and mini-market in the village, but with changeover on Saturday likely to be closed when you arrive. Would benefit from basic provisions, cleaning materials and area guide on arrival.

Stunning hillside views, well-equipped house

The house is very modern with lots of gadgets and is extremely clean, well-equipped and comfortable, with an open-plan ground floor. There are wonderful views across the valley towards St Pantaleon from one side of the house and the area is surrounded by fields with only one neighbour, so it feels secluded. The pool itself is wonderful - a saline infinity pool - with its own covered bar and eating area. There's also a friendly cat (who knows not to go in the house) and chickens, providing fresh eggs every day.

We enjoyed canoeing and kayaking and were impressed by the local town, Brive-la-Gaillarde. There are many beautiful villages in the area and I would recommend a visit to Colognes-le-Rouge.

Fantastic house, pool and location.

This is a top quality home on a huge plot with plenty of space for two families sharing. The pool and view from the pool is just fantastic, the temperature of the pool is just right. The outdoor space is perfect as you can eat or just sit and relax in the pool house, on the veranda or on the patio at the side of the house. The large lounge/dining area is huge and easy to be in without feeling on top of each other. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms are good too, the room with the balcony is lovely. The TV is set up for French speakers only so we didn't use it but to be honest I don't think we would have used it anyway as we spent most of our time outside and in the pool. All in all we will be recommending this to our friends and family and will hopefully get the chance to return. Just fantastic.

Une maison magnifique celà fait 3 années de suite que nous profitons du lieu avec un réel plaisir. Lieu calme, maison ou il ne manque rien, piscine avec une vue exceptionnelle. Un propriétaire sympatique.

De superbes vacances en famille

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons apprécié la vue sur la piscine et le village en cotre bas et nous avons su aussitôt que nos vacances seraient réussies.

Maison accueillante de style contemporain où rien ne manque ,sans oublier les espaces paysagers et fleuris biens agréables.

La piscine chauffée nous a fait oublier que le temps était quelque fois incertain.

De beaux souvenirs pour les enfants et les grands

Vacances formidables

Nous avons séjourné 15 jours avec toute ma famille (8 personnes) dans cette magnifique demeure tout à fait conforme au descriptif: logement confortable, spacieux, bien entretenu et parfaitement équipé. La météo nous a permis de profiter pleinement des équipements extérieurs: pool house de rêve, piscine chauffée et un magnifique espace pour toute sorte d'activités: ballon, badminton, ping-pong, yoga, boules et molkki.... Sa situation invite à la découverte (grotte, villages charmants) et aux promenades (pédestres et à dos d’âne) grâce aux précieux conseils du propriétaire. Et que dire de la gastronomie de terroir: foie gras, porc au cul noir, viandes idéales pour le BBQ... Bref, que du bonheur dans un environnement de rêve que je recommande vivement à mes amis et à tous les amoureux d'une vie authentique. Alors, un grand merci à Monsieur Braire de nous avoir permis de vivre ces moments privilégiés.
