A dream vacation villa on the magical island of Mykonos, Greece. The house overlooks the ancient glory of Delos and the religious aura of Tinos, with the sunset right in the middle. A huge marble deck, wet bar, hi-fi with waterproof speakers, exterior dining room and great pool, compliment the 3 bedroom 3 bathroom villa which can sleep up to eight and has all the contemporary amenities to make a vacation truly unforgettable. Made of traditional stone and combed marble inside, the house is minutes away from the picturesque village of Ornos (tavernas, gourmet restaurants, bars, coffee shops, supermarkets, bakeries), five minutes from the airport and another five from Mykonos' bustling, colourful and loud night-life. There are 4 LCD television sets with local digital channels and satellite programming and a powerful generator to compensate for power outages which are not rare in the summer.
Cosy kitchen with all appliances, A/C in every room and even a propane BBQ by the pool so you can make your hot dogs, burgers or -- even better -- fresh fish the way you want it. Nearby restaurants deliver. Two fireplaces, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. Outdoor dining set can seat 8 and it can also be moved to lower living. Seating indoors and outdoors for more than 30 people. Many Hollywood personalities have been guests at the house and they all fell in love with it. It's your turn.
When I compared this house to all the others options on the island, it seemed like the best value for money. There were 8 of us and the villa only had 3 bedrooms, but they quickly made arrangements for our 2 kids to sleep comfortably.
We all had a great time and shared lots of laughs lounging by the pool, watched the glorious sunset everyday and visited the best recommendations in Ornos for lunch. The manager arranged private chef service for some dinners, so we had the restaurant come to us, for a change.
Awesome place, amazing concierge help! Thanks again!

Mykonos is one of the most cosmopolitan islands in Europe, and has attained an iconic status among European holidaymakers; many international celebrities visit the island every year. The largest town lies on the west coast and is named Mykonos, also known as Chora (i.e. the Town in Greek, a common denomination in Greece when the name of the island itself is the same as the name of the principal town). Similar to the middle-east Cinderella-story of Dubai, Mykonos was once very poor. The people tried to survive on fishing and stock breeding. Ship construction was a major industry. Tourism has turned the economy over since it started in the 1950
The other major cities on the island are Ornos, Agios Stefanos and Ano Mera
Significant landmarks: Petros the Pelican, the 16th century windmills (most of them built by Venetians), Little Venice with the balconies overhanging the water
Mykonos hosts 4 museums right in Chora and 4 major archaeological sites. Archaeological finds indicate that the Ionians settled on Mykonos in the early part of the 11th century BCE. Recent discoveries have uncovered remnants in Ftelia beach from the Neolithic Kares tribe dating back to as far as 3000 BC.
Mykonos beaches are some of the most beautiful and exotic in all of Europe. Travellers from all around the world come here to see and enjoy them. The fine sand and crystal clear water are sure to impress any experienced traveller. The most popular beaches are Psarou (the poshest one), Platys Gialos, Paradise and Super Paradise, Paraga, Agrari, Ftelia, Panormos
Mykonos has a very vibrant night-life, filled with more venues than you can possibly imagine. The diverse style of bars and clubs will suit any traveller’s needs, from traditional Greek music to the hottest DJs or just a place to enjoy a few drinks and relax.
Popular activities include: fishing (especially in the Chora Harbor) and windsurfing (especially on Ftelia, Kalafatis and Agia Anna beaches)
Far from the noise of bikes and vehicles, the wonderful village of Ornos with the calmest of all beaches and waterfront dining, including the gourmet class Kouzina restaurant. Access to airport, town, other beaches and all kinds of mom-and-pop stores, cafes, pastry shops, bakeries and all that makes life on the island a relaxing and unforgettable experience.
