The property has a little over a thousand-meter square and the house sleeps six to eight people. It has three bedrooms with double beds, one with en-suite bathroom. There is a second en-suite complete and another service. There is a large living and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with door to the outside. All rooms and the living room have independent communication with the outside through a large terrace adjoining the pool, with beautiful views of the valley and the mountains. Downstairs, there is a games room (billiards, table tennis and table football), which has two additional double beds. The house is well equipped with all necessary accessories. All rooms have natural light directly. The surrounding area is very quiet. The village center is just over a kilometer and the beach about two kilometers.

The property is located in the village of Moledo, in the Minho. It is an area with rural environment, very quiet and beautiful views of the mountains and the valley where lies the village center. It is about two kilometers from the beach Moledo (fifteen minute walk) and also close to other amazing beaches. You can visit historic towns such as walks (four kilometers), Valencia (to thirty-five kilometers) and Ponte de Lima (forty kilometers). By car it is about fifteen minutes from Viana do Castelo and one hour from cities such as Porto, Braga and Guimarães. You can also visit the region of Galicia, Spain, which extends along the other bank of the river Minho, with cities such as Vigo or Santiago de Compostela. The Minho region has excellent restaurants. There are good restaurants and cafes also wants the village or on the beach of Moledo.

A fantastic holiday

This house is by far the best holiday home we have ever stayed in - beautifully designed, with everything we could need, and in a great location - close to towns and some amazing beaches, but with the privacy we like. Our children loved the pool, and we loved the space. The owner and his wife were very friendly and were happy to recommend places to visit/eat. We wished we were staying for longer than a week!

absolutely perfect location!

Wir haben zwei Wochen im Sommer in diesem Traumhaus mit unserer Familie verbracht und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.

Die reibungslosen Administration, die Übergabe und Einführung durch Jorge, die ruhige Lage, das sehr gut ausgestattete, sehr gepflegte und wunderschöne Haus – alles war perfekt!

Moledo ist ein unaufgeregtes nettes Dorf, der fußläufige schöne Strand ist super und in der näheren Umgebung gibt es noch viele andere sehenswerte Städte.

Alles im allem sehr zu empfehlen und nochmals vielen Dank an Jorge für die tolle Betreuung!

Magnifico Fim de Semana !

É a segunda vez que fico nesta Moradia. É maravilhosa. Casa super moderna , totalmente equipada, não falta nada mesmo. A piscina é ótima assim. Tem espreguiçadeiras em volta da piacina e cadeiras super confortáveis em toda a varanda da casa . Quartos grandes e bem equipados! Excelente a mesa snooker, Ping pong, matraquilhos. Excelentes momentos divertidos passados em família.

Recomendo vivamente.

Dream house living, fantastic friendly owners

Our week in this modernist paradise was truly memorable. It's such a beautiful space to live in we felt right at home straight away. Everything's there for a week of fun, even down to sun umbrellas and windbreaks for the beach. Kids loved the three steps from home to pool, and I loved the fab barbecue and beautiful views.

Jorge was a fantastic host, replying promptly in perfect English to all requests right through the whole booking process. We accidentally left some clothes behind, and he send them back to us by return of post from Portugal to the UK.

Thank you for a fabulous week of fun and relaxation - I would recommend this place, and Jorge, heartily to anyone wanting to see a beautiful corner of Portugal.

Gracias Jorge y Sra. por vuestras atenciones. Hemos pasado una semana fantástica en vuestra casa de Moledo con nuestros hijos y nietos. La casa es estupenda, muy bien pensada y cómoda, con mucho gusto y diseño. Esta muy bien equipada. La piscina esta muy bien. Seguro que repetiremos en alguna ocasión porque nos ha sabido a poco.

Maison au calme dans le village de Moledo

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette maison d'architecte située sur les hauteurs du village de Moledo. La maison est bien agencée avec une partie nuit séparée et la chambre parentale est offerte avec salle de bain attenante. La maison est lumineuse, n'offre pas de vue sur la mer mais je pense que les photos montrent bien que ce n'est pas le cas. La cuisine est bien équipée et les chambres confortables. La maison est propre.

Nous trouvons que la maison gagnerait à être désencombrée, il y a beacoup (trop) de meubles dans le séjour. Dans la cuisine trop de choses également, mais nous avons acheté des verres à vin qui manquaient complétement.

La piscine permet de bien nager, l'eau est propre et le service de maintenance vient deux fois par semaine, mais nous aurions souhaité que la piscine (les parois) soit plus propre.

2 restaurants à proximité, dont l'un peut sans problème être atteint à pied. Marché au poisson et supermarchés à proximité (en voiture) .

La prise en charge n'a pas bien fonctionné, apparemment le propriétaire avait des problèmes de télephone, donc nous n'avons pas recu ses messages, et lui les notres. La maison étant un peu difficile à trouver, nous avons perdu pas mal de temps à chercher ...

Le check out s'est fait trés facilement.
