Loft house recently built, located in the center of Jerez de la Frontera, in the neighborhood of San Mateo.

The apartment is located in a former warehouse converted into loft apartments. Modern building with the structure and aesthetics of a typical winery Jerez: large stone pillars, high wooden ceilings and brick floors albero color, white walls and large windows.

The house is an open space divided into two levels. The upper floor has a wooden floor and bottom of trowelled concrete. The high ceilings and five large windows help create a clear environment. The building has a pool.

Because of its location, the accommodation is ideal for exploring the city of Jerez, famous for wine 'Sherry', by the Andalusian horses and Flamenco singing and dancing. Golf courses and beaches are also just a few minutes drive from the apartment.

Vacances réussies

la location est située dans une ancienne bodéga , très spacieuse et très propre avec une piscine sécurisée , personne ne peut rentrer s'il na pas les clefs du batiment , bien située en périférie de Jerez , très calme .proche de grandes surfaces ainsi que du centre ville; très animé le soir . Proche aussi de Cadix et de très belles plages à Rota , 20 km . la location est conforme à la description Nous avons été très bien acceullis par Antonio qui parle bien le Français , celà facilite le contact . Bref tout pour passer une semaine agréable sous le soleil .

Much better than expected

We had a fantastic week in Jerez. The loft was perfect for us (we were a couple with 2 children). We were really impressed with the way it was built and how functional everything was. The rooms were all larger than they seemed in the photographs and everything was really clean.

I would like to thank Antonio (the owner) for his patience responding to all our queries, both before and after our arrival. On top of this, thanks for giving us such useful and practical information about the area: great places to eat, fantastic hidden beaches, nice little towns, etc.

We spent a lovely week and we were very happy with the accommodation and the town of Jerez.

Apartamento cómodo grande y bonito

Por segunda vez me he alojado en este estupendo loft en Jerez. La primera vez estuve por trabajo y esta vez por vacaciones con la familia. Hemos tenido la oportunidad de conocer la "Semana Santa" de Jerez y de Cadiz y ha sido una experiencia impresionante. El loft es mucho más grande en realidad que en las fotos del sitio web y su distribución es perfecta para quedarse dos adultos y dos niños. Destacaría que la atención del propietario y la limpieza del apartamento han sido inmejorables. Para visitar la ciudad de Jerez no se necesita coche porque el loft está practicamente en el centro y todas las cosas interesantes están cerca. Para conocer la provincia recomiendo un coche porque el transporte público es escaso. El acceso al loft por carretera en coche es muy fácil. El único inconveniente que tuvimos fueron dos días de lluvia!!! Recomiéndo este alojamiento tanto para estancias de trabajo como para vacaciones en familia. Esperamos volver porque también nos ha gustado mucho la región de Cádiz.

The apartment is located in the old town of Jerez de la Frontera, in the neighborhood of San Mateo. In five minutes walk the cathedral and the shopping and leisure center of the city is reached. The drive connection with the highway that connects Jerez with the airport and the beach is also quite easy.

Jerez's main attractions are few meters from the hotel: the wineries (Domecq, Tradition, Gonzalez Byass, Sandeman, etc.), the archaeological museum, the botanical zoo, the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art and the major monuments (cathedral church of San Mateo, Santiago church, town hall, Arab Alcazar, etc.).

In the district of San Mateo also you found the Centro Andaluz de Flamenco (CAF), and some clubs and tablaos to enjoy the singing and dancing (Lagar de Tío Parrilla Flamenco, flamenco Antonio Peña Chacón, Berber room, etc.).

Alrdedores in Jerez we can find great golf courses (Sherry Golf, Montecastillo Golf, Ballena Golf, El Puerto Golf, etc.) and magnificent beaches (El Puerto de Santa María, Sanlúcar, Rota, Chipiona, Cadiz, Chiclana, etc.) .
