This bright and sunny modern, well presented, one bedroom holiday apartment in the centre of Estepona marina has lovely views over the mouth of the port and offers up-to-date furnishings with quality finishings at a very reasonable price. The apartment benefits from air-conditioning in the large double bedroom with its en-suite bathroom (bath with overhead shower), a modern kitchen and spacious lounge with breakfast bar. The lounge has a comfortable sofa with a flat screen television. In the dining area you will find a table for four and outside on the balcony additional seating to enjoy the marvellous views to the harbour mouth. There are two communal swimming pools available in the urbanisation for use. There is a secure gated area which operates a first come first served system, however, it is normally always possible to find a place for your car. This is a nice modern apartment ideal for two people.

Centre of Estepona Port near beach, bars and shops. This apartment is located in the centre of Estepona's Sports Marina overlooking the sea and within a few minutes’ walk to many supermarkets, bars and great restaurants. The apartment is located on the fifth floor of the block andprovides great marina views to the side. There is a tourism office nearby plus the bull ring which you can visit for free during opening times. The bull ring now plays host to various museums and the flea market every Sunday morning. There is a larger mainly craft market also on a Sunday in the marina itself. There are many vibrant and busy bars which come alive after midnight. Renaldo’s is also a very popular bar open every day with its popular happy hour at 8pm daily. There is a huge selection of restaurants offering food from all over the world. A pleasurable 30 minute stroll along the seafront takes you into the town centre where it comes alive with small friendly Spanish bars and restaurants amongst now pedestrianised pretty streets lined with colourful geraniums and coloured pots flowerpot everywhere you look! Estepona is a medium sized town located on the Mediterranean coast, just below the stunning Sierra Nevada mountain range. Originally, Estepona’s income was from fishing, however, it has now branched out into tourism and provides a multitude of sandy beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and yet still maintains its original Spanish feel. The sea front provides miles of glorious beaches whilst the town is beautifully maintained with tree lined streets, spectacular plants, many parks and open spaces and water fountains on almost every corner! Just a few minutes’ drive from Estepona you will find yourself within the naturally beautiful countryside of Andalusia. Imagine olive groves, vineyards and you have captured some of the surrounding villages ….. Manilva, with its grapevines as far as the eye can see; or Casares with its olive groves. Head up into the Sierra Bermeja Mountains and see cork-trees that actually line the roads. Altogether it is an ideal base for a memorable family holiday.

  • Minimum rental is 7 nights. Price based on two people sharing. An extra single bed can be arranged for EURO 125.00 per week.

    A late arrival charge of 30 Euros is charged for arrivals as of 8;30pm or 50 Euros for arrivals as of midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We have a safe at our office in the port of Estepona if you prefer to pick up the keys from here at no charge. All payments however will need to be made in advance. ALL our properties with AC have a limit on the electricity bill which is included per week. If this limit is exceeded, the amount will be deducted from your security deposit.

    Where English TV is advertised, we are unable to guarantee this for all of the year 2015 , however, we will do our best to find an alternative solution when the satellites are withdrawn.

Notes:
The bedroom has air-conditioning for cooling in summer and warmth in winter. A ceiling fan in the lounge helps to distribute the cool air in summer. Weekly linen and towel change and mini clean included for bookings over nine nights. Smokers are asked to use the balcony and not to smoke inside the apartment - thank you! Staff in the resort of Estepona are on hand if you need them during your stay.
