This boutique style development with modern flair is situated in Jamestown Park, Holetown, in the heart of Barbados' west coast. The apartments are only a 4 minute walk to Settlers beach; also within walking distance is the very upscale shopping complex Lime Grove, where you can find the finest high end retailers, as well as restaurants, bars, cafes and a cinema. The apartments have been built with the emphasis on outdoor living, with open-plan spaces and full-width sliding doors leading onto large private patios, in addition to a shared swimming pool on site.
The apartments come equipped with all the amenities you could ask for. The double bedrooms have air conditioning, additional ceiling fans and a wardrobe. The American style kitchen and living spaces, also suited with ceiling fans, means you'll have a comfortable space to enjoy TV and WiFi. Best of all is the private outdoor space: the large patio comes with a dining table and four chairs, as well as lounge chairs and a drinks table for your pleasure. We look forward to your stay!
Things to do: Atlantis Submarine, Tall Ship Cruises, diving, swimming with turtles, moonlit walks across the beach. Visit Harrison's Cave, stalactite and stalagmite formations in an underground cavern only explored in the 1970's, or explore the Barbadian Sugar Plantation Houses, and visit the Flower Forest and Orchid World. Alternatively, have a fabulous lunch or sunset dinner cruise on the Harbour master or Tiami sipping rum punches whilst enjoying a fabulous sunset, or opt for a pirate cruise on the Jolly Roger. If you prefer a land based restaurant, then you could visit some of the spectacular restaurants that are to be found on the island, these include the renowned Tides restaurant, Calabaza and Fish Pot restaurants. Life does not get better than romantic candlelit dining at the sea's edge at these spectacular restaurants, all within walking distance of our apartment. We live in Cornwall in the UK, my husband is a mining engineer and I run a successful rental business, mainly in Spain, but now branching out to Barbados. We have 2 daughters, one now qualified as a nurse and the other an Occupational Therapist, so hopefully now we will be able to spend some more time in our lovely apartment!

Joseph greeted us as we arrived and introduced us to the property with patience and precision.
The apartment was clean and well equipped. The balcony was a great place to eat all of our meals. The pool was clean and a great place to coll down. The beach and grocery store was a short walk from the apartment. The other people in the building were friendly.

Overall the condo itself was quite good. Fairly well equipped and good location.
Joseph, the building assistant, was very helpful. If you needed something he was available to assist.
While the condo and location were good, one major downfall was the early-morning noise from the neighbour's dogs. They would start barking at 6:00 or 6:30 in the morning and continue, sometimes incessantly, for 3-4 hours. This is very annoying when you're wanting to have a relaxing morning, or get some sleep, on your vacation.
Sorry the dogs next door disturbed your stay.
We are endeavouring to solve the problem.
The owner has added a rescue dog which is disruptive to the other.
I hope it didn't spoil your holiday too much.

Lovely pool area - great credit to Gordon who was exceptionally conscientious with his cleaning every morning . Lovely man.
Slight issue with apartment cleaning after the first week. Stayed around for the cleaner when she said she would be there but didn't show up.
Would certainly recommend the apartment to other couples but take your noseeum and mossie protection. The weather was hot and humid and they love it!
A number of restaurants and bars not open until November when the season starts. We particularly missed quiz night and reggae night at the Golden Anchor.
Bristol Tavern in Speightstown good for 50-70's music on Fridays. Lovely food the The Lobster Pot, Speightstown.
Usual Barbados menus at Surfside, Zacchiois and other establlshments generally very good.
Yellow buses as mad as ever - hang on tight and enjoy the ride.
We didn't need a car as we have done Barbados many times so this was a chill out stay.
Would certainly consider staying here again and recommend it to others.

Very well kept, clean, quiet apartment with a great pool. We loved it so much we will stay there anytime we visit Barbados. The email corespondence was excellent and the on sight staff were wonderful. Would reccomend this place to all!!

Nice apartment in a convenient location
Casa Margarita has a great position on the first floor overlooking the pool. The flats are clean, well maintained and built to a high standard. We loved lounging on the balcony, enjoying the warmth but out of direct sun for most of the day. The pool is a good size, not enormous but ideal for a cooling dip and the pool area was great for sunbathing and just relaxing. The apartment has all the amenities you could need and the air conditioning is definitely a welcome feature! It is only a short walk to beautiful beaches, great restaurants and shops. A car is not really needed.

Fabulous apartment, in quiet location.
A very well finished and equipped apartment, located on Jamestown Park, 5 minutes walk from the beach in Holetown.
The large Verandah with sun loungers and table and chairs is ideal for relaxing any time of the day....enjoy a late evening rum and listen to the frogs. The pool is ideal for an early morning dip and is never too busy. Easy to walk to Holetown and restaurants.
WiFi in the apartment is an added bonus.
Joseph and Marcelle who look after the complex on a day to day basis are vey friendly and helpful. We would certainly recommend these apartments.

Holetown is approximately a 35 minute drive from the airport. In the immediate vicinity you will find restaurants, bars and a very fine bakery/patisserie. The centre of Holetown is about a 5 minute stroll from the apartment and include multiple shops, banks, post office, police station etc. The newly opened Lime Grove Lifestyle Centre is a fabulous oasis in the centre of Holetown and showcases many designer boutiques including Ralph Lauren, Armani Exchange and Breitling to name but a few, stylish coffee shops, bars and restaurants allow for relaxation whilst browsing, The centre also incorporates a gym and beauty salon to rejuvenate even the weariest shopper. The shopping mall has a coffee area, small duty free Cave Shepherd outlet, a well stocked supermarket, Internet café and boutiques. An additional walk of 5 minutes will bring you to a larger Cave Shepherd Duty Free shop.
There are numerous bars/restaurants within walking distance for a variety of budgets. There are restaurants specialising in Italian, Indian or Thai as well as traditional Bajan food.
The island has the relatively tranquil Caribbean Sea on the west coast and and on the east coast the invigorating Atlantic Ocean.
