There are many condos to choose from for your vacation needs. How do you choose? First you have to decide what amenities are important to you because everyone has a different idea of luxury. If you are looking for a condo that has everything you need (so you don't have to bring a lot with you), that offers a secure place to vacation, that is kept up to date and clean, and that has a great view, then you have come to the right place. With 55 acres in our gated community you have many amenities that other places can't offer. We have nine tennis courts in their own beautiful location by the bay (instead of on a garage rooftop) that offer many opportunities for organized play. We also have a dedicated room for socials where you can join others in card games or social gatherings, beautifully landscaped grounds, and the section of beach most popular for shelling, walking, and which is a natural habitat for the local wildlife.

About Lorraine Innes

We live the New England area. We have two children and two beautiful granddaughters. We don’t get to Marco nearly as often as we would like to, but hope that in the future we will be able to spend more time there. We enjoy walking the beach, shelling, watching the birds and sea life, and have had the incredible experience of having a dolphin join us for a swim.

Why Lorraine Innes chose Marco Island

We have been vacationing in Marco since 1991. We fell in love with South Seas and Marco Island while visiting friends who owned a condo in the South Seas Club. After that visit we came back three months later and bought our first condo. Still in love with the Island and South Seas Club, five years later we bought a second condo.

We love the location of South Seas as it is close to stores, restaurants and the newer areas of the Island such as the Esplanade, Veteran's Park, and all the ice cream establishments on the Island. A very important amenity for my family. It is also closer to the bridge that takes you off the Island.

This was our second trip to Marco Island and the second time we stayed at this condo. We enjoyed every day of our vacation especially since we are right on the beach. The location of the condo is great and it included all the amenities we could of asked for. The owner is great to work with and the condo was very clean and had a great view of the ocean.

Everyone in the complex is very helpful and friendly. We have two daughters ages 10 & 12 and there is plenty to do for everyone. We would definitely stay here in the future.

Visit Marco Island!

Bright and airy beach vacation

We just returned from a one week stay in South Seas Tower 3, 304. The first impression of the condo as you open the front door is one of open, bright space filled with light. The open concept living room/dining room area is very large and comfortably furnished. In fact, the description of the property I had read online was very accurate; all was as it had been advertised. The condo is very-well equipped, both in the kitchen (I was able to cook dinner as I would have at home) and the closets...beach gear!! 5 beach chairs, 2 coolers, noodles for the pool, a cart for carrying all of your stuff and plenty of beach towels. The property is very clean and there was no musty smell whatsoever, which is something I sometimes notice when I enter a room in a warm climate. We go to Marco Island regularly so we know the island well, but the owner emailed me several documents before my arrival, telling me all the ins and outs of what there was to do around the area...this would be helpful to someone new to the island. There is no carpet in the unit, save for a few throw rugs, which was part of the main attraction for me (allergies)!! The bedrooms both have sound machines that emit different options of spa sounds, for background noise at night. Marco Island is by no means a LOUD place, but the towers do have a lot of people staying in them, so this can help drown out folks arriving home late at night, or those who rise at 5:30am! Finally, I spent most of my time in the condo sitting on the large balcony off the master bedroom and living room - nice views of sunrise and it gets sun most of the day. I would return for sure!

A wonderful place to vacation!!!

My family had a great stay in 304. Nice updates to the bathrooms and kitchen, clean with convenient access to the elevator and laundry. Love the pool and walk to the beach. Great restaurants nearby, church and shopping. Condo has all the things you need for a day at the beach.... Umbrella, cart, chairs,etc.... We loved it!

Well maintained and stocked, comfortable furniture

Unit was spotless, well maintained, owner supplied amenities and detailed information. Unit location is perfect, view outstanding and very comfortable setting. We have rented this unit before and will continue to do so. We highly recommend this unit and complex. Friendly and professional staff at complex. Great beach, pool and wonderful restaurants close by.

A wonderful getaway!

We have stayed in this Condo before and appreciate the upgrades done since our last visit. The Condo is very clean and well maintained and the owner, Lorraine Innes is very willing to accommodate our needs. We love Marco Island and visit every Spring. Our visit this year was in September and although we had a wonderful time we enjoy the weather more in April, May and June. We found that a lot of the restaurants were closed and the weather was not as pleasant. We definitely will be back!

Wonderful Stay

We had such a wonderful time on our vacation. It was really hard to leave. The condo is so very nice with great furnishings clean and so very well stocked. The owners have really thought of everything to make it so homey. The community is so well kept and the pool was amazing. The island is so beautiful. We went to dinner at a few recommended restaurants which were all very good and even took a lunch tour on one of the island yachts which was so fun...saw so many beautiful homes. Again, we had such an amazing time. We are already talking about coming back next year!

Marco Island is located in the area of the southwest Gulf known as the Paradise Coast. It is just north of the Everglades and just south of Naples. Because of Marco's location, it offers not only many opportunities for activities locally, but access to all the amenities that Naples and the Everglades have to offer. The Marco area is loaded with opportunities for water sports, night life, zoos, museums, and water parks. It's also a rich source of live entertainment including comedy clubs, amateur and professional theater, and an assortment of night clubs and music. The natural habitat right outside your window is a wonder to behold. Take guided nature walks on the beach and learn about the shells, birds, turtles and other creatures that live there. You may prefer to just kick back and relax. What better place to do it from than one of our condos in Marco Island.
