Groups of 10 and less can come to taste the wine of Pessac-Léognan and discover the city of Bordeaux. This beautiful family stone house, the Valoux castle, was built inside of the vineyard from which are produced the white and red wines of Pessac-Léognan.
The house is south orientated and surrounded with vines. The living areas are very bright and colourful; they open onto a large gated garden. There is a large kitchen (with vine shoot barbecue) opening onto the dining room and the living room, which boasts an oak floor and a stone fireplace (the firewood is provided). There is also a playroom with games and toys for young children. Outside, there is a swing and garden furniture for 10.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with double beds and three bedrooms with twin beds, two bathrooms, one shower room, and two separate WC. A baby cot, a changing table, a high chair, and a baby bath are available. The kitchen is fitted with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board, a dishwasher, a microwave, a convection oven, a gas stove, etc. The living room includes a brand new television and a DVD player, a wireless connexion, and a bookcase. You will be offered two bottles of wine. The Bouscaut castle welcomes you all year round for visits and workshops. There are also many other castles nearby that you can visit: Carbonnieux, Smith-Haut-Lafitte, Haut-Bailly, etc. There are many activities available in the area: zoo, lakes, swimming pools, biking, horse-riding, etc.
