Newly constructed Luxury Flat Perfectly located in London for Theatres, Restaurants, Galleries, the Thames, the famous Towerbridge, Tate Modern . Luxuriously Furnished with hardwood floors, Cable TV, Apple Computers and High-speed WiFi internet connections. The property on the third floor serviced by a lift. It comprises of a one bedroom a lounge / kitchen and modern bathroom all rooms have generous proportions. The Lounge has a secluded balcony with a planters giving convenient access to an array of cooking herbs. The bedroom has a double wardrobe and a king-size bed. Well appointed new bathroom. Automatic lighting and heating/ventilation throughout.
I really love this flat, i spent only a week theare but i would love to stay more. It´s place in a nice neighborhood, everything you need is very close.
There´re many tube station near the apartment and the bus stop in just in the corner.
If you are in holidays, as me, it´s a perfect location because there´s lot of turistic place near like Lodon Bridge Tower, the London Eye, Borought market and cute shops where you can buy fantastic things.
In the moment you came inside the apartment you feel at home. The kitchen is really confortable and equipped with everything you need.The taps are minimal and luxury.The bedroom is spacious and the bed confortable us a cotton mountain. The bathroom looks so good and big. I enjoyed the mix between clasic beauty and modern details.
Everything inside was very clean and in perfect conditions. The owner was waiting us and gave us good recomendations about what we could do in the city. He was polite and sympathetic and offered his help to anything we need.
I absolutly recommend this apartment, i will come back as soon as i can.
Great location near interesting sights in a quiet area. But the flat is really not suited for more than two persons since the third one has to sleep on an uncomfortable sofa. "Luxury" isn't an adequate description as the flat isn't exactly well equipped compared to the price you have to pay to stay there. However, the owner was friendly and helpful.
We just spent a month in this lovely flat so conveniently located for everything that we wanted to do in London. While we walked most everywhere the access to public transportation was excellent with the bus stop right in front of the building and various tube stations within a 15 to 20 minute walk.
The owners could not have been more friendly and accommodating and were in touch throughout our stay to make sure everything was to our liking.
The flat is also very close to some of the best markets in London and we particularly enjoyed Borough Market which was a 20 minute walk. Another smaller market was only 10-15 minutes and the famous Bermondsey Market was right around the corner.
There is a Nisa Market in the building and a Sainsbury a couple of blocks away so shopping was a breeze.
The one issue that we had, mainly due to our long stay, was the parking. The street parking is not convenient so if you don't want to have to move your car every day you will need to pay for a garage. Again, the owner was very responsive to our needs and found us parking in a garage right around the corner but it was an additional cost. The good news about the location is that if you do have a car and want to take some day trips, the flat is right on the border of the Congestion Zone so you can get in and out of town without having to pay the Congestion Zone charge.
We would happily stay in the flat again and would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit London.
This flat is a perfect place to stay in London. This was the third time I visited the city and this was the most comfortable place I stayed. I travel with my boyfriend and we found the apartment perfect for both of us. The place is really clean, spacious and well located.
It was winter and we perfectly walked to the Tube station (10 minutes’ walk), if you don´t want to walk you can take the bus just across the street and it will take you to the city or to any other tube station. It’s safe to walk at night and you can find pizza, supermarkets, cafés and pubs walking distance from the apartment.
The kitchen is fully equipped and as my boyfriend is a chef, we really get the most of it cooking every night.

I Chose this flat because of its location - I was visiting the City Of London for business and I could walk to all my appointments around Bank, Liverpool st, and Shoreditch - with the help of Google maps. The flat was magnificent with great south easterly aspects - so it was very bright and airy all day long. The large balcony was a blessing and covered in colourful flowering plants - which was delight to wake up to each morning. I found entertaining my business clients very easy both in the amply stocked smart apartment and in the excellent restaurants of Bermondsey and Borough. I high recommend this location which represents excellent value for money for such convenience. Its now first choice for all my colleagues and friends - so much better than faceless 'cookie cutter' hotels at twice the price.
I highly recommend this fantastically appointed apartment in Central London. We arrived and were personally welcomed by the friendly helpful owner who gave is all the info about London and the area. There is a supermarket downstairs where you can get anything at any time. The Reception / Entrance hall is very well appointed with an elevator taking you straight to the flat. Which was brand new with a full equipped kitchen (which even included condiments and spices) and all the amenities you could wish for dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, hob - I could go on. The whole apartment was impeccable and spotless. The Kingsize bed was in egyptian cotton and very comfortable - we had a very quite peaceful stay (despite being so central). Its advertised as central but you only have to walk across the road outside the front door to catch the bus to central London (which was 12 minutes away) The Local Area is a delight with four different markets all selling different things within walking distance and Huge Supermarkets called Tescos, ASDA (like our Walmart) and a german themed Supermarket called Lidl which was excellent. And the local night life / restaurants have a huge selection from french provincial, to spanish tapas and Argentine steak houses. i would highly recommend this and we've already booked it for a month for our next holiday!
Located in the centre of fashionable London bridge, just a short 10 minute walk to London bridge station (the main direct line to get to the Olympic Village, ten minutes away) and the Thames for the Royal Jubilee Festivities. We are offering a south facing top floor apartment perfectly situated in the quite Leafy Manicured parkland of South London but very convenient for getting anywhere in London very quickly. Situated on London’s trendy South Bank is the perfect location to explore the capital. Having the advantage of the peacefulness of a suburban village setting in manicured parkland but only minutes away from the river Thames. The world famous Borough Market to taste exotic flavours from around the world, London’s West end for shopping and the heart of London’s financial district ‘The City’ is only a short walk or tube ride away. The apartment is Ultra modern and spacious with the benefit of only being constructed three months ago. All the rooms are fitted with automatic sensor lights, Heating and ventilation which all work via a remote control. There is an entertainment centre with cable TV and an iPad music player in the bright and spacious Lounge. The Bedroom comes equipped with an Apple iMac Computer and the apartment has high speed Wifi / Internet access and a telephone. The Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven and hob, kettle, an espresso machine and latte maker, dish washer, fridge/freezer and washing machine/tumble dryer to give you the option of being fully self contained in your trip. There is a fully stocked supermarket directly downstairs catering for all your needs, or you have the option of visiting one of the nearby superb restaurants that London Birge, the South Bank and Bermondsey are famous for.

We are a 5 minute walk from the finest Tapas Bars, Independent Coffee Shops and trendy Pubs on the vibrant Bermondsey St. Its the same distance to historic Tower Bridge and The Tower of London and the Southbank of the Thames where you can get ferries up the Thames to London's West end or down stream to the Olympic complex. The world famous White Cube Art Gallery (the largest private art gallery in Europe) is five blocks away. There is also the convenience of a bus stop opposite the door with buses providing 24 hour frequent direct transfers to Covent Garden, Oxford St and Shoreditch (all only 15 minutes). For those still working this summer The City of London is a ten minute walk across Tower Bridge with St Pauls and the London Exchange a twenty minute walk.
We have bicycles available in the basement and these will half all the transfer times I've mentioned. London is excellent for cycling with well marked cycle routes across the capital - and having access to a well maintained bike probably the best way to get around London. on Friday there is the world famous Bermondsey Antiques Market in Bermondsey Square which is a five minute walk, and in the same location the Organic Farmers have a fresh food Fair every Saturday Morning.
