4 Callendar Close

The apartment is in a fantastic location and the accommodation is spacious and quite comfortable, however it is in need of some care and attention. Although the property has beds for 8 or 9 guests using the foldaway bed, there were only 4 knives in the apartment and 5 tumblers, one of the sofa's in the living room is badly worn and some of the curtains were hanging off their hooks. The carpets were stained and badly in need of a deep clean. The information pack was lacking in basic information and the telephone number for the managing agent was missing a digit so unuseable.

With a bit of care and attention the property could easily be stunning, but in its current state it is rather disappointing.

Perfect stay

Everything was absolutly perfect. All house big enought (we were 6 women) and really clean. Was nothing missing in the house, or kitchen.

the location was perfect, close to metro, and 5 min. walking to the main Oxford Street.

Also we took driver from airport to the apartment, and was so nice and helpful. He even took bags and bring it to the house without letting us to make any efford.

For sure we all recomend it. And without doubt, when travelling back again to London, up to now we will always take this apartment.

Great Stay in London

Very accommodating. Clean rooms and plenty of space for a family of 6. Well stocked with towels and soap and that seems to be rare with many places we have stayed. . Easy access to the tube. We looked forward to returning to the property each evening. Really enjoyed Mark driving us to and from the airport.

We would stay here again.

Great place to stay.

Reviews always say lots of nice things about the property in question, and there are many nice things about the Little Venice Muse that we stayed in like the nice bathrooms, full kitchen, large master bedroom with its own bathroom and the common room that makes it easy to just hang out and talk. However, the best thing about this property is the location and the quietness of the area. We were close to shopping, the canal and a number of good restaurants. We were also pleased to have a nice walk to the tube each day and coming back felt like coming home. The price is good and we never had a problem getting around. Also we always felt like the people at Knightly would take care of us if there was an issue. They are good people. You will not regret it if you choose to stay here.

Little Venice

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Little Venice flat! Because the flat was a new property for the company and we were some of the first people to use it, there were no photos of it furnished on the internet, and since I had never used the company before, I was nervous about taking it sight unseen. But Solly gave me verbal and written assurances that there would be beds enough for a family of 5 (with 3 older teenagers!), so we took the plunge and were very satisfied. The furnishings were new and were to a high standard. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and there was sufficient storage. Solly spent time patiently sorting out the internet which initially didn't work. The location was great: Just off the Edgeware Road, but a quiet mews house. We didn't hear the busy street and being in a mews house meant that we didn't bother our neighbors either. There are cafes and a small grocer within a block away as well as winebars and other shopping. London taxis, buses and Tube are easily accessible, as well as the "Boris bikes", which you can take and ride ANYWHERE! The canal is near the house and you can ride bikes along the canal. We went to Regent's Park and to Notting Hill via the canal and loved it! We would definitely stay there again, and we would definitely use the company again. Louise from Atlanta

This is a unique 4 bedroom house located in a quiet and peaceful position off Maida Avenue which runs parallel with Regents Canal. The property of 1,180 sq ft is offered in excellent decorative order with accommodation set over three floors allowing the master bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor, and the living area on the first floor. Two further bedrooms on the top floor. The house offers spacious and bright accommodation and features off street parking on a private drive. The property is located close to Warwick Avenue Underground station with the shops and cafes of Little Venice.
