Once in a blue moon

Vibrant only begins to describe Dartmouth Park Hill IV. A townhouse apartment with a penchant for pigment, there are no grey areas in this abode’s colour code. Armchairs are mustard, sitting rooms are crimson, kitchens are white with a flash of fuchsia. But nowhere does this home choose shade over substance – witness its Victorian floor tiles and intricate corniced ceilings, its exciting modern artwork and exquisite oriental four-poster. And if the staircase rolls out the orange carpet, the funky bathrooms are simply an open invitation. So stroll through the garden doors and make rosy your cheeks, or take a green-hued tour around Highgate and glorious Hampstead Heath.

At the very height of all this urban tranquillity are the Highgate ponds – three large freshwater swimming ponds (two designated single sex and one for mixed bathing) open all year round.

2. If you cancel at least 2 weeks before you are due to arrive, we charge you 50% of the stay cost
3. Once you’re within two weeks of the start of your stay, we can’t refund your booking

As there is no permanent hanging space in the double bedroom, we will provide a hanging rail for your stay. As there is no permanent storage space in both the oriental bedroom and the child's bedroom, we will provide collapsible wardrobes for your stay. The home is spread across four floors so there are lots of stairs from top to bottom. Parking permits for this home are available by arrangement with your host at an additional fee of £6/day. Please let our reservations team know if you would like them to be arranged for your stay. This home doesn't have air-conditioning, so ask us if you'd like to have fans for your stay.
