The spectacular living room sea views includes a large and comfortable couch, 42’ screen TV, DVD player,DVD and book library and stylish dining area with a table to seat up to 10 people.
One en-suite elegant master double bedroom with complete bathroom including an extra large hydro-massage shower cabinet, another comfortable double bedroom, a triple bedroom (one double bed and one single bed), a 2 bed double bedroom together with a modern bathroom, and a third extra toilette make this stylish decorated beach front apartment ideal for 4-8 people. If requested one baby cot can be provided.
The apartment is ideal for families with children trolleys since there is a modern lift that and non steps at all from the apartment to the promenade, and from the garage to the apartment. Very easy!
The kitchen is a modern fully equipped one with anything you may need, including separated laundry area. Outside, as shown on the pictures the balcony has extra dining area for 8 where to have breakfast or enjoy dinner contemplating the amazing sunsets in the beach or alternatively relaxed back in 3 comfortable chill out chairs.
There is one parking space included in the price in the garage with direct access to the building lift, even if car is not necessary. There is a second parking space available under request at 20€ daily rate.

• Prices shown are for 4 people except in July and August that the minumun occupancy is 6 people and rates are shown for 4 up to 6 guests.
. Above 4 people, there is an extra charge per night per person that varies depending upon the month of the year. In July and August the extra charge is above 6 people.
• In the apartment sleeps a maximum of 9 people.

See the tourist guide book and the restaurant guide and /or visit the tourist office where Plaza de La Marina is located, just where you get off the bus in the old town.So the old town is a must visit, calle Larios is an elegant high street, the Picasso Museum and Thyssen Museum for those interested in art, and there are many narrow streets where to “get lost” and be surprised for the authentic local thing . The old cellar and restaurant El Pim Pi in calle Granada is really worthwhile. The city sight-seeing two floors bus is a good way of visiting the main monuments, starting in Cathedral stop, la Alcazaba, el Paseo del Parque, Merced Square and get up to Gibralfaro Castle. Another highlight not to be missed is the new Restaurant Marina at the harbor, which is located at the end of Palmeral de las Sorpresas. The entrance is in the Plaza de la Marina, make the relaxing walk of Palmeral de las Sorpresas and at the end on the right you can enjoy a nice restaurant atmosphere, for something typical and cheap, visit LA SUREÑA, it’s a fried fish and beer restaurant. To get to the old town you can get the 16th bus which runs frequently or walk 35 minutes through the nice promenade (when you get to the old town, just crossing the bridged do not missed CAC (Center of Comtemporary Art), free exhibition which itinerant collections are really worthile if you are keen on art :O)
The city sight-seeing two floors bus is a good way of visiting the main monuments, starting in Cathedral stop, la Alcazaba, el Paseo del Parque, Merced Square and get up to Gibralfaro Castle. 15 -20 minutes drive by the motorway, it is located Aqualand and the famous attraction park Tivoli World.
