Comfortable apartment very close to the beach

Perfect location just a stones throw away from the only one sandy part of the gorgeous beach of Nice. We were a party of 4 adults and 2 young children. The apartment is spacious with a separate living quarters downstairs and fully equipped with pretty much everything you need for a beach holiday. Good value for money. Friendly owner, we would happily return to this place.

Wonderful stay!

We fell in love with Nice thanks, in large part, to this wonderful apartment. From the time we arrived it felt like home. The little terrace was our favorite spot starting with breakfast in the morning and ending with wine and cheese at night. Out the front door we had the beach and out the back anything you would need including the most wonderful bakery. A lot of our plans for running around sightseeing were scraped because we couldn't make ourselves leave this place that now holds so many amazing game memories for us! I would go back in a minute if I could! The only down side was carrying our heavy suitcases up seven flights of stairs. My advice, packaging Light! The views are so worth the climb!

brilliant !

It was great to find Pierre apartment.Brilliant location,perfect house for us,so nice,beach across the road.I love to hear the waves,skylight and amazing view of the sea from the veranda.We could not ask for more.Its so accessible to public transport&few steps to convenient shops&restaurants.

Over all it is great value for money.Pierre ,thanks for everything.We hope to come back in the near future.

Vacanze a Nizza

Abbiamo passato una splendida settimana nell'appartamento di Pierre. La casa è fornita di tutto ciò che serve per un gradevole soggiorno. L'accoglienza è stata calorosa e ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio. La piccola fornitura di cose necessarie per la cucina o il bagno, non ti obbligano a correre subito a fare rifornimenti. Ci sono a disposizione molte guide e consigli sui ristoranti.

Sicuramente consiglio questo appartamento.

Great apartment, wonderful views!

Nice was our last stop of my group's fun-filled France trip. This apartment made the last bit of our vacation so nice and relaxing. It is in a great location and just feet away from the beach. The sea view is amazing. The apartment was perfect for the four of us and we felt very comfortable and safe. It was also nice to have a designated parking garage for our rental car. The parking garage barely fit our large SUV and was tricky to maneuver and park so keep that in mind if you get a rental car. Pierre, the property owner was awesome. He was so friendly and so helpful. He actually helped us park our beast of a car into the garage the first night and offered to help again if we needed it. He also assisted us with our check out and airport drop off of the rental car and luggage. He went above and beyond which he didn't have to do, but we are absolutely grateful. I hope to visit there again or perhaps another location if Pierre has other properties. Definitely consider staying here, you won't be sorry!

All perfect, We shall return

I needed to get away to focus on some work and decided to take a week down here in this fantastic apartment where I could sit on the balcony with the coffee pot on and beaver away on my laptop - all with a sea view - Awesome ! The apartment was very clean, had everything it said and that I needed, was even better in the flesh and the owner and local manager were a pleasure to deal with. I have to say it is fantastic value and in my opinion a unique and spacious treasure in a first class location.
