The apartment is located in the best area of Aiguadolç, next to the marina and five minutes from the commercial center of Sitges. Fully furnished, has two bedrooms each with double bed and one with two single beds and two bathrooms, has all the amenities, combi fridge, oven, microwave, washer and dryer, TV 42 inch satellite dish and international channels, DVD, Internet connection with wifi and a furnished terrace that allows eat it and that gives a splendid communal garden area with a large pool and sea views. A walk to 5/10 minutes along the promenade, provides access to the town center and access to shops, tapas bars and restaurants and music
Sitges is a multicultural, tourist, Mediterranean town can enjoy entertainment in its many facets of nautical sports, biking, hiking, golf, tennis, etc. and also other possibilities nightlife in the town itself and in the marina where coexist tapas bars, music, live music, etc.
Moreover, these possibilities are growing because of the proximity of Barcelona (30 kms.) With trains departing every 15 minutes. Other attractions that need to be highlighted are the theme park Port Aventura (one hour by train), the Roman ruins of Tarragona, the Basilica of the Sagrada Familia, the various museums and exhibitions of paintings, among the best in the world, etc.

Beautiful, clean apartment. Ideal situation.
We had a fantastic holiday in Juan's apartment.
The apartment is in a beautiful location: two balconies overlooking the sea, beach at the bottom of the gardens, 10 minutes walk into the centre of Sitges, 5 minutes to the supermarket, 5 minutes to the port, 15 minutes walk to the train station.
The apartment itself is very clean and very well-equipped. The main bedroom has a balcony and an en-suite with shower and bath. The kitchen is clean and tidy and contains everything you need for your stay.
The gardens are beautifully maintained and the pool is immaculate. It remains quiet throughout the day.
I cannot praise everything highly enough!

Excellent property and location
An excellent apartment in a superb location. The apartment was well equipped with plenty of room for our family of five. The pool and grounds were immaculate and we often had the pool to ourselves mid afternoon. A decent Carrefour supermarket is a 5-10 minute stroll away (over the railway bridge) and the Marina and Sitges a similar distance. Lots of fabulous restaurants and beaches to choose from are very close by. In the evening the apartment was quiet, and the balcony the ideal place to sit and take in the views of the sea. We also had excellent communication from Juan and his agent in resort. Thank you - we loved it and would happily recommend this apartment to other families.

Lovely flat with great views
The flat was clean and well-maintained throughout and we enjoyed spending time on the balcony which benefits from direct sunshine until the evening. The pool is clean and set in a pretty garden. There are many beaches nearby; the nearest only a very short walk away. It is, though, clothing optional which may not be suitable for everyone. If you are planning on eating in a lot, the nearest supermarket is only a couple of minutes away in the car or a short walk, while there are many more specialist food shops in town. Sitges town centre is barely ten minutes walk and has many beautiful streets and buildings with a rich variety of eating and drinking venues. Juan was very helpful via email and his agent was there to meet us on time when we arrived.

Really enjoyable stay
We - 2 grandparents, 2 parents, 2 small boys - stayed here for a week in August 2014 and the apartment suited us really well. The location is very convenient: 3 minutes from Balmins beach, 7 from San Sebastia beach, 10 from the old town and 12 from the station. There are 2 very good bedrooms and one small one for the boys; two good bathrooms; a well-equipped kitchen and a good-sized and comfortable lounge. The main balcony looks over the gardens and down to the sea and is big enough for a party of 6 to eat on. One of the bedrooms also has a small balcony (ideal for drying towels and costumes!). Gardens and pool are immaculately kept. The only disadvantage is the proximity of the railway line which runs just behind the apartment (other side from the gardens, balcony, lounge) and which is quite noisy during the day but goes quiet at night. All in all we found this apartment almost perfect for our needs and had a really enjoyable stay.

Perfect location for a relaxing Holliday
We were very happy to spend our family vacation in this fully equipped, clean apartment, with swimming pool in a well kept garden. With the little harbor, beaches and town center nearby it is perfectly located to spend a relaxing vacation

It is located near Aiguadolç, the enblemática of Sitges, near the Marina (where the boat rental and excursions possible by the coast) and about 50 meters from the beaches of Aiguadolç (near the Calas de Balmins (family or nudist). A 5 minutes (on foot) from Mall of Sitges. The apartment is located in a large communal area of more than 1000 meters with gardens and a large swimming pool. Only small pets allowed on payment of a fee
