Tower Den & Terrace
Newly refurbished in 2017, the Tower Terrace offers seating for 16, retractable sun shades, 4 sunbeds, Sonos system, a shower and a drinks fridge. The Den is a more intimate relaxation space (four poster day bed and television) and offers stunning 360· views of the port, the island of Dragonera and Cala Marmassen.
Entry Level/Upper floor:
A triple height entrance hall with spiral staircase gives access to the Tower Den and Terrace and also leads into the large interior reception hall with an architectural skylight. 3 bedroom suites (all en-suite), large television lounge, cloakroom & separate WC, service kitchen, a breakfast loggia and an expansive private solarium (4 sunbeds, sun umbrellas, drinks tables and a drinks fridge) allows for spectacular sea and mountain views. Also at entrance level is the Courtyard Bedroom Suite (en-suite).
Mid level (Master & Master Guest)
A more intimate floor on which the sitting room, master and master guests rooms all lead to a shaded chill out terrace. With extra large sofas, this terrace over-looks the pool and beautifully planted, mature gardens and the sea. The sitting room has a dual aspect gas fire, a built-in bar, and recessed television. Also on this level, a self-contained staff apartment (with independent access from the main house).
With extremely generous proportions, this floor is entirely open plan, beautifully integrated for easy living and offers a fabulous entertaining space. This level comprises of a bespoke, fully equipped kitchen with a large larder space, a professional walk in fridge, built in coffee machine etc...
