Situated on a highly desirable leafy street just over half a mile from Stirling city centre is The Laurels. This self-catering apartment is located on the garden floor of a beautiful Victorian villa built in 1895. The apartment has very recently undergone a complete extensive renovation to offer modern luxurious accommodation.

This self-catering property comprises a large fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher/washing machine and dryer with ample seating for 6 people. A large living room with patio doors opening onto a lush beautifully planted patio area with seating. The master bedroom contains a king size sleigh bed and luxurious en-suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a super king size bed which can be divided into two full size single beds. There is also a foldaway bed, travel cot and high chair available on request. There is a large fully equipped family bathroom comprising a bath and separate shower unit.

This is an extremely spacious, well equipped apartment. The Laurels has free Wi-Fi connection, flat screen TV with Sky T.V, X-Box, video/DVD player, wireless speaker and I pod docking station. Age appropriate toys are available on request for children. The property has gas central heating.

Comfortable apartment near the town centre

This is a wonderful apartment within walking distance of Stirling centre. Everything has been thought of for a comfortable stay. We loved the comfy bed and the very well equipped kitchen. The owner is friendly and helpful.

All of us loved the apartment!

We loved the apartment! It was even better than looks like in pictures!

All of us had all we need and even more - toys and doll for infant, internet and wii (game) for child, gorgeous kitchen and bedroom for adults.

Perfect location both for seeing Stirling palace, Wallace monument and go to Edinburgh.

The Laurels

A great apartment. It was very roomy, very nicely decorated and equipted with

all our needs. It was in a very lovely quiet neighborhood but yet convenient to

all our touring. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who plans to stay

in the Stirling area.

Scotland Holiday

The whole trip has been amazing and thanks to this holiday home we have rented at Sterling. The location of the property is ideal to travel around and visit all the sightseeings in Scotland.

The holiday home has been renovated to high standards and it was home away from home, I would truley recommend to anyone.

Stirling Area

The Laurels is situated just a five minute walk from Stirling city centre. Stirling is one of Scotland’s most historic cities with attractions such as the medieval Stirling castle and the Argyle lodgings just a 15 minute walk away.

This university city has numerous visitor attractions such as The Old Town Jail, Holy Rude Church, The Smith Art Gallery and museum alongside quaint shopping arcades a modern shopping centre and plenty of restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The National Wallace Monument and the Battle of Bannockburn visitor centre are only a few minutes away by car.

The historic Spa town of Bridge of Allan situated next to the Allan water river is just a few miles away from Stirling city centre. Here there is a range of unique shops, cafes, restaurants and bars alongside some stunning Victorian architecture.

Stirling has fantastic leisure and sporting facilities both indoor and outdoor. The Kings Park Golf club is just a 10 min walk away. Other very easily accessible sports available locally are tennis, horse riding, cycling, shooting, fishing, hill walking, skiing and quad biking. A new leisure centre is a 5 min drive away it offers a huge array of sporting activities from swimming and ice skating to Zumba, spinning, yoga and aerobics.

Stirling excellent transport links by train, bus and car. Edinburgh is 1 hour away by car and Glasgow just 35 mins. It is also only a short drive away from Perth, Callendar and Falkirk.

The Laurels nearest local shop is just 40 metres and nearest bus stop is 30 metres.


Central Scotland offers a huge range of attractions and sporting activities and Stirling is in the perfect location to access these. The Ochil Hills are a walkers paradise, further afield Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park offers unrivaled beautiful scenery and endless outdoor activities from water skiing and mountain biking to hill walking and aerial zip wire forest trails.
