Modern apartment. Located on the 2nd floor of a small building in a nice residence with lift. Your apartment overlooks the street, in a lively neighborhood in season. Located close to the beach.

Living room with sitting area with access to the balcony. Functional separate kitchen with 4 hotplates. A room with a double bed 160cm and a room with twin beds 90cm.

Everything is done on foot. Public parking.

appartement très bien situé, agréable, clair.

Bel appartement; mais un manque de vigilance concernant la propreté; le séchoir complétement rouillé, un volet bloqué, la cuisine salle et une réaction au bout de 8 jours.....dommage car l'appartement est agréable et très bien situé; une amélioration le rendrait parfait. A retenir pour l'avenir!

Location bien située par rapport au centre ville, conforme aux photos, mais très bruyante du fait qu'un bar de nuit (fermeture à 2h du matin) est juste en face. Pas d'isolation phonique (simple vitrage) Donc bruit jusqu'à minimum 3h et le matin camions frigo (livraison du casino.)

Location mal entretenue (interrupteurs, poignées de porte sont sales), ménage non fait à l'arrivée.

Dans la cuisine, les déjections des oiseaux, pigeons et autres poussières tombent sur la cuisinière par la cheminée d'aération).

pas de propriétaire direct popelidays puis l'agence Carmen Immobilier donc frais de dossier en sus.

Première fois que je suis déçue en passant par abritel

Mais pour donner une note positive, le pays basque est toujours aussi magnifique et particulièrement St Jean de Luz
