The villa is comprised of 5-bedrooms, 7-full bathrooms and 2-powder rooms. It encompasses a private gym, home theater, 2-gourmet kitchens and a series of 3 waterfalls cascading into 2 swimming pools. The entire second-level is dedicated to a spectacular master suite with its own swimming pool, zen garden, his and her bathrooms and huge walk in closets.

Other amenities include private gated access, state of the art Control-4 electronics and customized security system.

Please note: the 5th bedroom is a Guest Suite detached from the home. If the guest chooses not to use it, the owner is willing to reduce the nightly rental rate.

About The Owner

After several years of visiting Baja California, Mexico, the owner of Casa Tokase found inspiration in the untouched, pristine landscape and ideal climate and decided that this was his new frontier. He said goodbye to Santa Barbara and headed south to the tip of the world’s third longest peninsula. Inspired by the homes of Costa Careyes and the modular stone domes of the Trulli, his designs fused opposing concepts of strength and impermanence. “Casa Lorianna” and “Gaea House” are perfect examples of opposite sides of the same story. Indoor living spaces seamlessly blend into outdoor spaces in each example, where one is deeply rooted in traditional Mexican design and the other a contemporary masterpiece.

The Owner has recently designed an intimate boutique hotel for the rustic East Cape and also a sophisticated 7 story luxury condo on the beach in San Jose del Cabo. These projects and a 50 home development, complete with beach club and spa, are the present and future projects which are commanding his immediate attention. Commitment to an innovative design concept and a sustainable, low impact building practice is an integral part of The Owner's vision. At the forefront of eco-conscious developing in the Baja Peninsula and of the first in all of Mexico, Casa Tokase's Owner is truly a pioneer and a man of vision, creating idyllic paradises, one green step at a time.

Why The Owner chose Cabo San Lucas

Upon landing in the Baja, The Owner of Casa Tokase immediately started working on a culmination of styles representing concepts from North Africa, and traditional Mexico. The innovative “Mayan” contemporary homes which were built from his design are now classics. He was also a pioneer in infinity edge pool design. In every project, landscaping played an important role in integrating the architecture with the land in which it was a part. Sustainable, efficient designs, combining the elements in a seamless fusion of land and home became standard, second nature practice in The Owner's vision. The cliffside of Pedregal lay the perfect framework for all of his requirements and designs.
