Beautiful apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and fantastic sea view
Each apartment has a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool and some of them have sea views. There is a large living and dining area in each apartment along with two good sized bedrooms. Each bedroom has two single beds that can be turned into a double bed if necessary. Like all of our apartment there is a sofa bed in the living room.
The development is close to the town and both marinas. It is only a 5 minute walk to the closest beach. To see the location look at the picture on the right hand side.
We require 25% of total amount for the deposit. All the taxes and costs are included in the price.
We rented a two bedroom apartment on the second floor. The apartment was amazing, the two rooms had separate bathrooms, everything seemed new and the balcony was big with a fantastic view over Milna. We had a great time! Before arrival we got a welcome package with directions to the house, and tips of where to go and what to do in Brac and Milna. We thought this was really nice. I would recommend this apartment to anyone, maybe not party people since Milna is quite dead after dark.
We were two well grown up couples who spent a week in Old Mill. Well equipped apartment. Short walk to beach and restaurants (steep om our way back). In short: Perfect!
We enjoyed our stay at the Old Mill. The apartment was very comfortable.
This is a very well appointed apartment with many things going for it but the maintenance does seem to be a bit of an issue. Lots of little jobs needed doing which wouldn't have cost much but gave an overall feeling of an unloved property.
The position is good albeit a bit of a steep hill down to the harbour so no good for angina sufferers! Stipe was very nice and helpful. It was very clean when we arrived so very happy with that aspect.
We had a fantastic holiday on Brac, we loved Croatia and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the middle floor of these apartments. The apartments are as beautiful as the photos show, we were extremely impressed with the quality of the apartment, the furniture and especially the beds!! So comfy. We were met by Stipe who was extremely helpful in settling us in and suggesting things to do during our stay. Also before we set out on our holiday the communications with the owners were also very helpful and included excellent instructions for the journey to our apartment on the first day. The position looking over the water leading into Milna town was beautiful, so great to sit watching the activity as we ate food. We also enjoyed the sunsets from there too. It was also a great position in terms of being able to easily walk down to the sea, about 10/15 mins. We hired a car and spent time visiting other places on Brac such as Sutivan, Splitska, Postira and Vidova Gora - the views across the island and sea were stunning. So - brilliant apartment on a brilliant island!
Arguably one of the Mediterranean's best kept secrets, The Dalmation coast is bursting with beauty from it's picturesque villages enamored with Romanesque and Gothic architecture, to its lush vegetation, lavish flora, blossoming vineyards and breath taking waterfalls.
Relax and bathe in crystal clear ocean waters that warm to a temperate 21 degrees in summer months, or scuba dive down beneath the surface and explore an underwater museum of shipwrecks from WWI, hidden amidst magnificent Mediterranean fauna. Picnic atop the cliffs and watch the sunrise or go wild white water rafting through the crooked canyons below.
Walk hand in hand along pebbled beaches as the sun goes down, or stroll the cobbled streets and share a romantic dinner at your choice of charming local restaurants and cafes. With average summer temperatures of 29 degrees, the only thing warmer than the sun on your face will be the welcome you receive from the delightful Croatian people.
Brac and Split are renowned for their summer festivals, with summer long festivities performed in open air theatres throughout the city and town. Here you can expect plays, ballets, operas and a range of live music concerts. When in Split be sure to visit Diocletian's Palace, a magnificent work of architecture unrivaled in historic stature and grandiosity dating all the way back to 295 AD.
If taking it easy is more your thing, stay local and relax at the pool or down by the many pebble beaches close to Milna. Rise with the sun and engage in a wide range of activities from swimming and snorkeling to various other water sports then later browse the surrounding beach bars and restaurants and bask in some local entertainment whilst sampling in an exquisite array of tantalizing local cuisine.
Brac is the largest island in the Split archipelago and is, with the frequent and quick ferry lines' connecting the island and the mainland, gradually becoming a suburb of the city. Brac is home to the most celebrated tradition of white stone cutting, to this day 'harvested' from the local quarries. The White House in Washington, the Parliament and New Palace in Vienna, the Parliament in Budapest, Diocletian palace, the Trogir and Šibenik cathedrals were all built from this beautiful white stone…
Also located on this island is the fascinating recluse of Pustinja Blaca, built on the very stone itself in 1550 by the 'popovi glagoljaši', priests who used the Croatian Glagolitic script and the Croatian language when celebrating Holy Mass, fleeing the Turks. The monastery to this day, with its telescope and concert piano delivered from Vienna, bears witness to medieval life on the island.
