Lovely Apt in a style which is contemporary yet classic, this beautiful apartment benefits from an enormous terrace which is a rarity in the centre of Nice. The location is perfect - hyper central on a prestigious and charming street amongst the most luxe boutiques in Nice. Everything is a short stroll away - restaurants, shops, bars, bakeries etc. plus the pedestrian zone and beach; yet this apartment is situated in a quiet spot and is perfect for two couples or a family.
BEDROOM & BATHROOM 1:
The first bedroom is washed in natural colours of beige, sky blue and deep pink. It is highlighted with a backdrop of natural linen curtains and headboards, along with a beautiful antique style, black topped bedside table.
There are two single beds at 120cm each (instead of the usual 90cm). A silver double-headed lamp is set in between for convenient bedside reading.
You will find an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower complete with multi body jets and rain shower head. A hand sink, heated towel rail and a high powered hair dryer are also available. There is an integrated closet area with a full length mirror, as well as direct access to the wrap around terrace and pantry with a washing machine combo dryer.
BEDROOM & BATHROOM 2
The second, master bedroom, is set in colours of cream and black with a touch of luxury throughout. Cream coloured, crocodile patterned curtains are held by black feathered tie backs and crystal hooks; the look is completed with glossy jet black side tables, silver footed side lamps and a 160cm (British King/ American Queen) bed. All topped off with crushed velvet noir pillows and a faux fur throw. A soft white canvassed painting graces the wall to bring all the elements subtly together.
There is a modern, ensuite bathroom with full sized bathtub, shower, toilet, hand sink, heated towel rail and high powered hair dryer.
There is also a full length mirror, integrated wardrobe area and extra shelving space which offers plenty of storage for two. There are shutters and curtains on every window to allow for sleeping in late.
Aptly named Amour Violette, Cupid and Venus sketches grace the walls of the living area where a deep violet wall takes centre stage. The living area is open plan with the dining and kitchen areas. The space is bright and open with large French windows facing both the small interior impasse and the private terrace.
The space has been thought out to allow comfortable lounging for 6, with a fabulous sofa for 5 as well as 2 reading chairs affording plenty of space to relax.
A large 36in energy efficient LED flat screen provides ambiance and entertainment with an integrated French cable, WiFi, and DVD wall mounted system. There is also a small library of books and games available for guests to enjoy during their stay.
The sofa can also be transformed into a double 190 cm bed. This apartment can therefore accommodate up to 6 people. Please note there is an additional charge for sofa bed linen & towels in order to accommodate 6 people comfortably.
There are 2.5 bathrooms and 2 toilets. The bathrooms are freshly tiled in cream and dark grey stone. Each bedroom enjoys an ensuite bathroom.
The master bedroom ensuite has a full bathtub, shower, toilet and towel heating rail. The twin bedroom has a large walk-in shower with multi jet massage and rain head, a towel heating rail, no toilet.
Both bathrooms have a mirror, hand sink and a high powered hair dryer.
There is a WC with toilet and hand sink just off the living/ terrace area
The fully integrated contemporary kitchen includes everything you need to create a sensational meal. Finished in glossy grey cabinetry and white counter tops there is a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and an electric ceramic hob with oven.
You will find 4 white leather breakfast stools for casual meals and a dining table large enough to sit 6 comfortably. 4 leather armchairs and 2 funky all white Louis XV chairs complete the dining set when 6 use the apartment, otherwise the extra chairs are are used in the bedrooms for casual lounging.

Lovely property and all facilities in the area.
The apartment was marvellous, big size for the five we are, the transport system, the shopping area, the Opera (which was the main reason to choose it as we have gone to work there), ... all the equipment was complete and the help we have received in everything we needed from the staff was perfect.

Great location and good comfort
The apartment is excellently located. Well equiped and comfortable. It’s a first floor reachable by stairs only so be careful if you travel with elder ones.
The heat did not work the first day, it eas fixed by the next day. The washing machine did not work properly.

Chic in Nice
This was our 3rd rental booked with Sunlight Properties and have to say the best in terms of location and proximity to excellent shopping ranging from your typical high street stores to some very individual independent boutiques. Excellent choice of restaurants within walking distance. Nice Ville station just a 10min walk away to whisk you away to the very salubrious Monte Carlo in under 30 mins. Don't leave your wallet at home you will definitely need it in Monaco!
The property as we've come to expect from Sunlight was well equipped with all the gadgets and gizmos you'd expect home from home. Beds super comfy too.
Would definitely book this rental again.

Wonderfull location and great service

Location Location Location - there is no place better! When we say Carre D’Or, it is literally located in the best part of the best area of Nice.
Rue Longchamp is arguably the most desirable street in all of Nice - calm and luxurious. You will find luxury boutiques next door, the beach 2 minutes away by foot, beautiful Place Massena and its pedestrian zone full of nightlife is just a few minutes out the front door. Museums, art galleries, antique shops, the list goes on…
The Old Town of Nice is only a 5 minute walk away, with the tramway a 3 minutes, as well as Galleries La Fayette and the high street shopping area with all the popular stores such as Zara, MANGO, H&M etc.
Enjoy the famous Promenade des Anglais and the azur blue sea a leisurely stroll away.
This apartment is located just off the street, on a small pedestrian impasse. Street noise is at a minimum as no cars are allowed to enter the impasse, near the apartment building.

SOFA BED LINEN: Should there be more than 4 people staying in this two bed apartment, you will need extra linens for the sofa pull out bed. The charge for additional linens, two bath towels and a bath mat is €58.00. This charge is "extra" and will be invoiced separately - on top of rental payment. SECURITY DEPOSIT: No security deposit required on the Home Away platform. A 500€ security deposit is held on a valid credit card, directly by Sunlight Properties, upon arrival. Much like a hotel, the amount is held and not charged, unless damage is found upon departure. By making a booking, you accept the Sunlight Properties terms and conditions. CANCELLATION POLICY: Booking longer than 8 weeks ahead of stay, 25% non-refundable booking deposit required.
