50m from the sea, on the 3rd floor, living room and south (sun all afternoon), beautiful T3 apartment of 65 sqm, furnished fully equipped. It consists of an entrance hall, living-dining room, two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet. All parts are separate and serviced by a corridor.

Located in the very heart of the old town (Cité Corsaire) 80m from the beaches and 20m from all shops, this apartment has a capacity of six people and all the amenities that will allow you to spend a very pleasant stay. family or friends.

DESCRIPTION

In a four-storey building, family apartment T3 of 65 sqm, furnished, located on the 3rd floor (no elevator). It consists of an entrance hall, living-dining room, two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet.

All parts are separate and serviced by a corridor. The capacity is six adults. This type of crossing apartment is bright and sunny with an exhibition at the north side and south side kitchen and living rooms.

The living room and one of the bedrooms have a French window overlooking a beautiful balcony ideally facing south

For your comfort, all rooms have double glazed windows and electric shutters. Noise insulation on the parts to bed.

Appartement spacieux, confortable et bien placé

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine. L’appartement est très bien situé, avec shopping en bas de l’immeuble, et la plage à 5 mn à pied. C’est confortable. Seul point noir : le stationnement,vraiment difficile en plein mois d’août.

Bien situé et agréable mais l'annonce du parking est fallacieuse: pas de place réservée dans une cour qui en comporte peu et que les commerçants alentour occupent .Donc, prix à diminuer de 60 euros.

Owner's Response: Merci pour votre appréciation concernant notre location. Malgré votre notation 4 étoiles, il semble que votre séjour n'ai pas été à la hauteur de vos exigences et nous en sommes désolés. Vous avez qualifié notre location de sympathique. Nous pensons en effet que c'est le cas et que le service est également à la hauteur pour vous avoir accueillis à 23h exceptionnellement alors que les arrivées sont prévues jusqu'à 19h maximum. Concernant votre remarque sur le parking fourni, il semble que vous n'ayez pas lu la description dudit parking dans sa totalité. Notre annonce spécifie bien que malgré la présence d'un parking sécurisé et la fourniture du badge, les places sont selon disponibilité. Ce qui signifie bien que la location ne dispose pas de place réservable nominativement. Pour info et à notre grande déception, depuis début 2017, la mairie de St Malo n'autorise plus le prêt des cartes résidents aux vacanciers (histoire de forcer lesdits vacanciers à utiliser les emplacements payants sur l'Intra Muros). Cette mesure a été pondérée par la mise à disposition d'un parking "vacanciers" situé à plus d' 1 km de l'Intra Muros...totalement dissuasif ! Par cette mesure, la mairie annule purement et simplement la gratuité du parking Intra Muros aux vacanciers en séjour ! Certains immeubles Intra Muros disposent d'emplacements nominatifs exclusifs. A notre connaissance (à St Malo depuis plus de cinquante ans), de tels immeubles se comptent sur les doigts des deux mains et il est vrai que nous n'en faisons pas partie. Rappelons que Saint Malo Intra Muros a une superficie totale de 16,5 ha seulement pour une population déjà dense et qui quintuple en périodes de congé. C'est également une cité close avec peu d'accès à l'extérieur. Ce qui rend la question du stationnement délicate. Sur la soixantaine de locations saisonnières proposées sur l'Intra Muros (tous sites confondus), une vingtaine seulement proposent comme nous de fournir un badge sécurisé pour un accès selon disponibilité. C'est une alternative qui a le mérite d'exister et que nous proposons sans intention fallacieuse. Nous ne sommes pas en mesure d'acquitter les frais de stationnement municipal à la place de nos vacanciers... Enfin, concernant votre suggestion de baisser le prix de notre location, nous ne voyons pas vraiment à quoi correspond cette somme ni en quoi elle se justifie. Notre location propose un des meilleurs rapports qualité/prix de l'Intra Muros dans sa catégorie (capacité 6 personnes).
